Sure! Here’s a polished English translation of your review: I stayed at this wonderful hotel with my children (7 and 10 years old) for five days (May 20–25, 2025). We weren’t very lucky with the weather—there were a couple of rainy days—but the hotel, the staff, the food, and the service were absolutely amazing! Here are some highlights: 1. We were checked in very quickly. Our room had a large bed and two sofas, and everything was perfectly prepared for the kids—from sleeping arrangements to hygiene supplies. 2. The staff were extremely friendly everywhere: at reception, in the bars, in the restaurant—everyone was ready to help. For example, I needed salt at 10 p.m. to make a gargle solution for my child, and it was sorted out within two minutes! 3. The breakfast was excellent—abundant, delicious, and varied. Warm croissants, several stations for eggs and grilled vegetables, fresh fruit, a separate cheese counter, local sausages, pâtés, olives—everything was truly delicious! 4. Dinner: every evening featured a variety of grilled fish and meats, a dedicated cheese station, a great selection of seasonal fruits, desserts, ice cream, a wide array of vegetables and salads (it’s hard not to gain a few extra kilos!). 5. Delicious cocktails in all the bars. 6. For kids: everything from a mini disco to a large play area with mazes and game consoles (for older children), a magician, interactive games, and dancing. It was all simply fantastic! We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel! The only downside was the rain—but, of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Clean and loads on site to do to keep children entertained. Food is excellent. Freshly cooked and plenty of choice. Staff can’t do enough for you - except one cleaning lady as rather rude to me and my children as we asked for 5mins to finish getting ready to go out which she wasn’t happy about. Pools are fantastic for children. Although no life guards on duty and not on the slides. On multiple times other children were holding up the slides to WALK UP seemed very dangerous and despite pointing it out to bar staff no body stopped them from doing it.

Pillows not the best but was quickly given more pillows to try make more comfortable. All are really soft you sink into them if this is what you prefer but would be better if option for those like me that like a hard pillow. It was also very disappointing that one thing that stood out to us when booking. Every single photo in a red star said “soft drinks included”. This was not the case and to buy at the hotel was very expensive at over 5euro for a can of pop and 3.90 euro for water. Better to go to local shop as it’s much cheaper. Soft drinks included only meant a fruit juice at meal times. I’m assuming we not the only ones complaining of this as the ad has now been taken down.

The hotel is clean and the sunloungers are good. Could always get sunloungers, had no problem at all even at midday. Food from the Olivia grill at lunch time is tasty and can get it to take away also. Drinks are quite reasonably priced especially the spritz drinks during happy hour. We were getting two Hugo spritzes for €10! The kids club has a little soft play and colouring area which the kids enjoyed. Food in the buffet was generally always good.

The location is a little further out of the old town than I had hoped. The buffet can get very busy! Buffet times were 7-11 for breakfast and 6-9 for dinner. When booking it said soft drinks were included in the buffet. I took this to mean sodas etc. but that’s not the case. Only water and fruit juice from a machine. Floor around the pool gets very slippy throughout the day. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The actual walls between rooms are fairly well sound proofed. However the corridors can get really noisy. We were on floor 2 and the housekeeping service started at 8am! Far too early for this and the kids were still sleeping so we had to use the do not disturb function most days.

Clean, great food, lot of space at the restaurant or by the pool even it is big hotel, swimming pools for everyone, nice gym, pump track, activities for kids. Actually one of the best hotels for young families!

Design of the rooms is simple and a bit outdated. Beach and the sea is not the best, small and big rocks (nothing to do with the hotel).

Great place for families. It had lot of amenities to entertain the little ones and big ones alike. Walking distance to the shore and old town Porec. The food was also amazing and had something for everyone.

I didn't like the checkout time it seemed very early which was at 10am.

Unfortunately my daughter appeared to have caught some sort of stomach bug, and we overheard another little one was having the same issue. But the hotel handled it incredibly- replacing all our bedding, organising laundry and new towels shortly after we informed them.

The buffet was amazing with delicious choices for breakfast and dinner, the pools and general amenities were fantastic! The staff were very nice and

The pool hours could be longer, as well as pool bar service would be lovely.

Room is great, the bathroom smart design. Love the Maro play room and while concept 9-21 that is included in the room rate.

Staff can be more guest oriented in the restaurant (e.g. the guests should not have to watch out for the staff taking and bringing the cutlery and setting/cleaning tables).

Very good location near sea. We were with bicycles and bike storage was provided. Varied and delicius food for dinner and brekfast. Heathed pool was very convinient.

Really excellent facility, very clean, fantastic pools, no hidden charges for sunloungers, games rooms etc. would highly recommend

On the whole staff were really really lovely, just a couple in the outside restaurant area let them down unfortunately
