Hotel Nautica exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely warm – it really made a difference. Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable, with lovely nautical details that gave it a unique charm. The entire property is extremely well-maintained and stylish. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is – our furry companion was treated like a guest in their own right, which we deeply appreciated. If you're looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Novigrad with fantastic service and comfort, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is located in marina Novigrad, just a few steps from the sea. The beach, however, is a little bit distant. At the check-in, the lady told us she can give us a call when our room will be ready and that's how we got in the room 2 hours before the official check-in hour. The room was extremely large with a balcony view over marina (we got an upgrade for the room for free, because the hotel wasn't fully booked). The spa was great, but I was disappointed that the cold pool in the saunas wasn't working for my time spent there. They also have a pool with heated water and a jacuzzi for 10 people. The spa includes a relaxation zone, showers and 4 saunas, which was really great in bad weather. Breakfast had a variety of meals and foods to choose from, but eggs, sausages and vegetables that are supposed to be hot, were very cold. You can choose among cereals, seeds, cold cuts, vegetables, Nutella spread, pastry etc. From the previous pictures I saw there was a champagne for breakfast, but there wasn't during our stay. We enjoyed our stay there.

First of all, receptionist Zoja has been very helpful and she was always available to advise and help. Room with sea view is definitely worth it.

Breakfast way below my expectation

The location and the comfort of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly, especially at the front desk. I would like to give a special credit to Tanea, who was particularly helpful with us! :-)

The room did not have an iron/iron board, and even when we asked for, the staff was not very keen to get us one. They kept referring to the laundry/ironing service, they had. But that is not what I want, if I would just like to iron a shirt quickly before going for a dinner ... The window of the bathroom could have a curtain (or a shading) - as it faces the marina. :-)

Staff were welcoming. Rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were awesome, kind and helpful. The eggs on the buffet could be hotter and the bacon was a little under cooked but there were so many things to select from to eat. Also the grilled veggies were delicious. Coffee is included but expresso has to be paid for which I found odd but wouldn't affect my decision to recommend. Good area. Close to walking everywhere. I would recommend to stay. Spa is good as well but hot tub is not hot. Not sure if that is the norm here or not.

Again, hot tub was not hot and a few couples were walking around inside the spa area nude. Completely. Like not even with a towel on. It made it very uncomfortable for those that had bathing suits on. Not sure where or why this is tolerated by the hotel as this is a hotel space not a private nudist spa. This however is not the hotels fault or a reason not to stay. It may have just been those particular people but not sure if they were guests or just bought a pass for the spa. Anyway, sauna and steam bath were lovely as was the pool.

I liked that the concierge put two rooms next to each other. For this, I would like to express my gratitude. The rooms are very well cleaned.

The waiter never set the table at breakfast. I had to take the cutlery and napkins myself. The waiter (tall and bald) mostly served people of European appearance. The breakfast for 4 stars could be more varied. You will find the same in 3 star hotels.

Waiters ( specially Vanja and Vladimir!) were great, food was delicious, specially dinner. Location is great, same as the room( little old, but nice). Quiet.

receptionists were correct ( but I expected little bit more, they do not react promptly), and I did not belive in cleaning habits of cleaners from Fillipins ( could be much better!). Busy saunas and spa, only two of them. lots of of animals. Could offer little bit more variety of food.

Lovely big room with large comfortable bed. Great location looking out on the Marina. Good sized balcony. A real sun trap. Plenty of space and ample parking. Nice hotel indoor pool. Quality furnishings,

Hotel advertised a lift but it was out of order all time we were there. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Corridor lighting was all on timing sensors but all set too short by 10--15 seconds so regularly in dark for few seconds at a time. Hot water dispenser/urn not heated so water cooled during breakfast. This made it impossible to properly brew tea which does of course need boiling/very hot water.

Great hotel, huge rooms, plenty of proper wardrobes, refurbished bathrooms and pool area, huge beds, friendly staff, free parking, great location (walking distance to center).

Breakfast is somewhat basic (pay extra for coffee from espresso machine, no fresh orange juice, low-end Nutella substitute), cheese spread was past its due date (the waiter apologized and brought new spread right away).

Our room overlooked the marina and as it was at the end of season the marina was full with all the boats docked for the arrival of winter. We loved the view from our balcony and our room was huge. Parking was easy in their private car park and the staff were friendly and helpful. And a nice selection of food for breakfast. There were still a few local restaurants open and Konzum and Plodine were just a 5 min walk. Very nice walking tracks and we very much enjoyed our stay so did our dog. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Unfortunately the lift was not working but the staff helped carry our bags.
