First of all, receptionist Zoja has been very helpful and she was always available to advise and help. Room with sea view is definitely worth it.

Breakfast way below my expectation

Staff were welcoming. Rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were awesome, kind and helpful. The eggs on the buffet could be hotter and the bacon was a little under cooked but there were so many things to select from to eat. Also the grilled veggies were delicious. Coffee is included but expresso has to be paid for which I found odd but wouldn't affect my decision to recommend. Good area. Close to walking everywhere. I would recommend to stay. Spa is good as well but hot tub is not hot. Not sure if that is the norm here or not.

Again, hot tub was not hot and a few couples were walking around inside the spa area nude. Completely. Like not even with a towel on. It made it very uncomfortable for those that had bathing suits on. Not sure where or why this is tolerated by the hotel as this is a hotel space not a private nudist spa. This however is not the hotels fault or a reason not to stay. It may have just been those particular people but not sure if they were guests or just bought a pass for the spa. Anyway, sauna and steam bath were lovely as was the pool.

Lovely big room with large comfortable bed. Great location looking out on the Marina. Good sized balcony. A real sun trap. Plenty of space and ample parking. Nice hotel indoor pool. Quality furnishings,

Hotel advertised a lift but it was out of order all time we were there. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Corridor lighting was all on timing sensors but all set too short by 10--15 seconds so regularly in dark for few seconds at a time. Hot water dispenser/urn not heated so water cooled during breakfast. This made it impossible to properly brew tea which does of course need boiling/very hot water.

Waiters ( specially Vanja and Vladimir!) were great, food was delicious, specially dinner. Location is great, same as the room( little old, but nice). Quiet.

receptionists were correct ( but I expected little bit more, they do not react promptly), and I did not belive in cleaning habits of cleaners from Fillipins ( could be much better!). Busy saunas and spa, only two of them. lots of of animals. Could offer little bit more variety of food.

Our room overlooked the marina and as it was at the end of season the marina was full with all the boats docked for the arrival of winter. We loved the view from our balcony and our room was huge. Parking was easy in their private car park and the staff were friendly and helpful. And a nice selection of food for breakfast. There were still a few local restaurants open and Konzum and Plodine were just a 5 min walk. Very nice walking tracks and we very much enjoyed our stay so did our dog. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Unfortunately the lift was not working but the staff helped carry our bags.

Very friendly staff, a luxurious feel to the stay and felt very welcomed. The location is ideal; close enough to the town center at walking distance but far enough to not experience any of the noise. Rooms are very, very spacious, the beds are humongous and the cleaning is being done thoroughly every day. The nautical feel of the interior has to be of your liking, but the double desk was a bonus as well as the minibar. Wifi throughout the building and even on the premises was very nice to have. Because there was enough to do around Novigrad we weren't able to use the spa, but that looked very lush as well.

I missed a bit of normal bread or toast bread at breakfast. The juices were all diluted with mineral water, which made them all a bit too watery to my likings. Apart from that the TV was a bit too small (or the room to big for the TV =)), I do feel that a few things can get a bit of a spruce-up; for instance the shower fittings felt slightly outdated and worn. Same for the the lighting in the room (only indirect lighting in the most parts of the room). But those were really the only negatives on this amazing place!

Rooms were incredibly comfy (bed, balcony especially). Freshly renovated bathroom... all was great! All of the staff were super kind and helpful. And indeed pet friendly - our dog enjoyed 😁

Only thing - wellness center could use some renovation and it would be nice to have a restaurant for lunch. However, we found an awesome place nearby (recommended by receptionist)

Lovely room in nautical style with many seafaring pictures and maps on the walls, good bed and pillows, clean. Music on the terrace. View of the marina. Simple breakfast.

Room 107 is not recommended for light sleepers as the swimming pool is located below this part of the hotel and at night the loud noises from the complex can easily be heard in the bedroom.

The best smelling hotel I have ever stayed in! Sumptuous breakfast - selection of hot and cold, freshly made omelettes, strudel, cheese pies, pastries, fruit, cereals. Discounts on spa and dinner. Delicious seafood dinner options. Huge rooms, huge comfortable beds, high quality furnishings Very friendly and helpful breakfast staff Outdoor dining with sensational views over marina. Dog friendly - treats and bowl for room on arrival, water offered in restaurant. We loved Marko on reception Free parking, with a ticket to het you in and out Short stroll into Old Town The bar looked fun, sadly we didn't get a chance to visit

A bottle of water in the room on arrival and some in room tea and coffee making facilities would be a nice addition.

Location excellent, very clean, new, nice smelling, eco friendly, staff exceptionally nice, accomodating.Very patient with a little curious toddler with lots of questions and plenty energy. A really nice touch was the toothbrush and toothpaste pack - appreciate it. Breakfast amazing with lots of choice and lovely fresh produce. Pool clean, all tidy and functional. The rooms are decorated in a nautical style - really beautiful. We had a room with partial sea view which was very nice and we enjoyed looking at the sea and boats in the marina from the terase. Cannot wait to go back.

The little black Ikea chair in the bathroom is useful but does not match the beautiful blue tiles.
