Whirlpool bathtubs were great in a very nice setting - most probably even better in Spring/Autumn season. The menu in the restaurant was great with variety of options to choose from, while the waiting staff was also very nice and attentive. Their wine selection was also very pleasant surprise.

The sauna in wellness area was a bit crowded, although it was also impacted by the winter season - otherwise the outside would be also available with more space to rest.

The restaurant closes too early. The kitchen closes at 8:30pm and the restaurant half an hour after that. Considering that there are no other places around, it is a bit too early.

The personnel was great. We went there with a dog and they for example took care of our dog when we were in wellness or on a massage. The attitude of the staff was perfect. Also the wellness was great - from the pool to outside thermal baths and massages. The food was brilliant too. We really enjoyed the stay.

Booked a room with double bed and messaged the staff separately to confirm the room has double bed and not twin beds. Staff explicitly confirmed we have double but upon arrival, we found that it's just two beds pushed together with separate mattrases that create have a hole in between them... Dissapointing, given the explicit prior confirmation

Location in the middle of the forest, so quiet. Good restaurant with excellent service. Swim in pond most refreshing.
