We had a comfortable one-night stay in the outer building at Hotel Veba and found the staff to be helpful.

It's true what people have said: The rules on accessing the wellness area/pool are unreasonable. It's listed as open 15:00 - 20:00 but the last possible time to enter is 18:30. Don't even bother trying to ask about accessing it at 18:00, like we did—call ahead, instead. That was a big disappointment. Photo attached of some of the current fine print to prepare you. (What people have said about the outdated showers flooding the bathroom floor is also true—but local hotel pickings are slim.) In Broumov, many shops and activities close around 16:00. It's a great area for hiking but plan/shop/research ahead if you want something to do after sunset.

The area is really nice and also very good location. The breakfast was with multiple choices. I have to say we had issue since booking was made for 3 rooms and only 2 were, but they did really make efforts to upgrade us. So it is positive overall & the personal was nice. On top, easy to park as more than space enough.

Booking mistake as mentioned above, but solved - maybe I would really suggest to emphasize the need of booking in advance the wellness due to the capacity.

I had great experience with this hotel. Small, cozy, green area with good breakfast. The wellness facility is very clean, super. The reception staff is amazing and helpful.

It is not certain that you can use the wellness if you stay there even the price includes 1 hour of swimming and jacuzzi. Reservation is necessary, only accept limited reservation.

the restaurant ended the offer of hot meals rather early in the evening, but this may be due to the beginning of the season, the trout was however excellent

Greay pool area. Warm water. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choices. Very good food in the restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Super location in beautiful garden, close to downtown with huge monastery. Dozen of unique baroque churches within the same valley. Friendly staff at the reception, excellent swimming pool (stainless steel construction and clean water). Parking and tennis court are both well placed.

Breakfast could be better in terms of fresh fruits and vegetables offer. More healthy products like cornflakes, muesli, etc. would be appreciated
