During my recent stay in Kudowa-Zdrój, I had the pleasure of staying at Willa Scaliano that exceeded my expectations. Nestled in a picturesque spa town, it provided the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The rooms were both cozy and modern. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities – comfy bed, great Wi-Fi, and a lovely view. The bathroom was well-maintained with a modern shower, and there was plenty of space to store our things. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Their hospitality truly added to the overall experience.

Very comfortable modern hotel with a spa. What stands out about this hotel is breakfast. The best we ever had in Poland and we travel often. My favorite was the honeycomb that you could slice yourself and enjoy the freshest honey you can get.

The only thing that comes to mind is the fact the maids didn’t exchange used cups and glasses for new ones when cleaning the room. There was no kitchen in our room so the only way to wash the dishes was bathroom sink and hand soap…

Location, excellent breakfast, very helpful stuff, actually beyond any standard. The ladies at the reception desk were advising, helping explaining with patience and always friendly. Natalia ,who was in charge of all spa treatments, was very kind and ready to accommodate our schedule, which we greatly appreciated! I need also mention the restaurant, the ladies were so very kind to make my son's dream come true.... pierogi....

Nothing, everything was just great!

There is no elevator to the fourth floor, it goes up to the third floor, my 95-year-old father had to go up from the third floor to the fourth by stairs because it was vital for him to have air conditioning in the room. In the description of the hotel facilities, this disadvantage was not mentioned or was not clear. Apart from this disadvantage, the hotel was perfect and the staff was very kind and tried very hard.

Place was centrally located with access to all attractions by foot. There was an amazing scent throughout the place not sure how they achieved it. Breakfast was delicious and they had home baked bread available on Sunday for purchase to take home unfortunately we left on Friday and weren’t able to take advantage if it. They also make their own sausages and cold cuts. They have one of the best coffees we’ve ever had. We used their spa and it was very relaxing. We would definitely go back and spend more time there. Staff were friendly.

We requested a room with two single des and they were way too narrow for our liking but the bed sheets and towels were premium quality.

Tastefully decorated, room small but perfect. Very clean and comfortable reception, security and waitresses very helpful

In the room wasn’t a kettle, cups or tea. 😞

- 80 zl extra fee for parking

Excellent service, modern and spacious room, and most important everything was very clean. Restaurant "Wypoczęty Wół" serves delicious food. I recommend stone steak and risotto.

Wi-Fi connectivity was poor (at least on our floor).

Great spa facilities for couples. The attached restaurant was okay. The town was beautiful in the snow.
