Very clean room, nice location close to the park. I will definitely put it on my list for a future stay in this area again.

It is bad to see conditions got worse.. our visit was during February and we were feeling cold. You may find my previous comment with breakfast picture and it was 1/2 of what it was before.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and card payment worked without any issues. The hotel’s location is generally good, aside from the extensive street construction.

All the streets around the hotel were under construction, which made access difficult. Additionally, there was no proper ramp between the sidewalk and the hotel stairs — only some wooden planks were laid out. The hotel room looked worn out — an electrical socket was hanging loose by its wires, and there was no soap (although it was brought promptly upon request). There were also some insects in the bathroom (moths, cockroaches, or similar — I couldn’t identify them). The breakfast was modest. The hotel’s main door is kept locked, and new guests must call by phone to ask for it to be opened — only Polish or Russian are accepted for communication.

Swimming pool closed permanently- fake offer of SPA but fully paid. The only one key for main entrance locked in the box. Needs to be opened several times a day at every entry to the bulding. Selflocking system for room door and only 1 card available. No coffee machine available. No kettle, fridge, water, bar closed permanently. At the breakfast, dining room terrible cold and nasty mixture so called coffee there. In general, giving impression of abandoned house where everything is closed or not functioning as intended.

I visited this place with my friend a few days ago and we stayed there for 2 nights. First of all, when we arrived we had to wait for a receptionist about 20 mins because the reception office was closed even though we showed up right after 2 pm. When the man came we asked him about the Wi-Fi connection at our room and he said that it’s not working. We asked him to change the room to another one and he responded that we have to to pay extra then. When I asked him how is it possible that in a 3 star hotel Wi-Fi is not available in the entire property the man told me that they don’t have 3 stars and it’s just a decoration. I immediately went to the official website and it claims that the hotel has 3 stars and the Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. We were very tired after traveling for many hours so without arguing we paid more. Another bad news was that the swimming pool was not working as well. The room we got wasn’t clean at all and shortly my body responded to it with a very strong allergic reaction. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody due to several reasons: the stuff is rude, nothing is working as it should and it’s dirty. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
