Without any english information for food at the dinner and breakfast (also because of alergies). Not prepared outdoor sauna at time (it is from 4PM do 10PM, but at 4PM it was cold). Wellness during weekend - evening can be very busy. It will be great to have some basic information in english or by symbols - for example "do not enter" or "sauna is without swimwear". Some problems with hotel cards for the doors.

Comfortable hotel located close to nature. We enjoyed the staff's hospitality, the breakfasts were really good, and I'd like to highlight the SPA zone. We were not able to enjoy the open-air one due to the time constraints, but the in-house sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were all great.

The only improvement I can think of is the parking lot organization. The hotel seemed to be fully booked on our weekend, and it was difficult to find a parking spot. The hotel administration put up a sign asking for people to park cars closer to each other but it didn't help. It feels like good old markings on asphalt could help.

- incident with room cleaning service; - not enough separation between restaurant area and bowling/bilard area (we reserved bilard table and kids from restaurants with parents disturbs our game/ one woman blocked our table attached to bilard due to lack of free tables);

Cool lovely little Kurort, even though a little abandoned, but it gives a nice nostalgic touch to the city. The hotel is modern and nice. Staff okay, though they don’t speak perfectly english. Food, mostly polish traditional food, was very good. Cool entertainment with bowling and billiard. The spa is a little “dark” and with times crowded. I would recommend couples to go there after 18:00 when the children are in the restaurant 😉 small but cool swimming pool. 2 saunas and 1 hammam are nice. But remember: polish people wear “swimsuits”. Rooms are small but very nice. Lovely deco throughout the hotel. Good parking.

Our massages were in general ok. Even though we booked a couple massage, it was “seperate” and there were big differences in quality, so that was a little sad. Mohammed was definitely the best. The “welcome service” could be improved, but that’s a critic on high level.

Great SPA & Pool area. Very good breakfast (included). Restaurant and bowling also on premises and we made use of that. In general you can spend few relaxing days. During the day we travelled to Zieleniec ski area to ski which is not far (by car).

Since electric kettle was provided in the room it would be great if few tea bags were also available. Breakfast should have labelling for allergies - we had to ask staff and they did not know (although they usually were able to find out)

The spa was the absolute highlight, the pool was small but with lovely features, outside spa area was also great, even in the rain. Lots of choice for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great location at the edge of the park.

The room was a bit small. By contrast the dining room felt cavernous and not very cosy. The food was great though.

Very good location, wonderful outside SPA with warm baths, nice swimming pool. It was very warm in the room.

The hotel does not have queen beds, only double bets that are connected.

We really loved breakfasts. They were exceptional. The location of the hotel is really good too, because it’s close to Stołowe Mountains national park with a beautiful landscape.

The staff barely speaks English. We were lucky, because we come from the Czech republic and it’s possible to undrestand each other even though we speak different language, but I can’t imagine being for example a German tourist and try to order myself a dinner…

Excellent location and fantastic facilities! The room was spacious enough for two people, nice bathroom and a cute little balcony. The restaurant was fabulous and the food was great! Plenty of choices and vegetarian/vegan friendly. Breakfast was amazing too. Great SPA facilities, easy to arrange treatments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to explore the area, walking distance to town centre.

The accommodation matched the description on Booking, we were accommodated in a new part. The staff was smiley and helpful in solving our dietary requirements.

We prefer beds wider than 70 cm.
