Location was second to none--on the fringe of a lovely park, some 5 mins away from the main spa house. The scale of the property was in the sweet spot, not too small not too large. The breakfast was superb: a variety of options, good ingredients. Having it on a lovely terrace overlooking the park, on a sunny morning was a dream. Most rooms seem to have fairly generous balconies/loggias with at least a glimpse of the adjacent park. Lovely service. Lift to all floors.

For our pedantic eyes, cleanliness could be improved. A hair in the freshly made bed, a small dark-red mark of wine (we hope) on the bed cover, someone's lipstick on a (supposedly) clean glass in the breakfast area, some muck and dust on main stairs... Not necessarily deal-breakers, but should be addressed. Some of the rooms could do with a revamp as well (ours was of early 2000s décor).

Many advantages: perfect location in the Spa Park, comfortable and modern interior with a huge window in "De Lux" room, very helpful and polite staff, breakfast in the open garden, free parking for guests in front of the hotel.

We were a group of four and had 2 rooms in the newer section of the hotel. Our stay was great from all perspectives. Rooms were modern and very clean with great shower rooms.. Hotel's common areas were very pleasing and we had our breakfasts every morning on the porch next to the beautifull garden. Breakfasts were rich with all kinds of foods - everything tasteful. Staff was proffessional, attentive and curtious, especially Lucas the hotel's manager. Location next to the park and very close to the city center was perfect for us. We will certainly book again next time in Poland.

Breakfast outstanding. Previous stayed were in a nicer, more spacious room. We didn't realize they have something like 6 different room sizes snd arrangements.next time we'll arrange for a little more space.
