Excellent hotel! Rich breakfasts, blameless cleanness, polite and proactively helpful staff, even in case of non-standard challenges. Interesting offer of spa services. Original interiors in a historical building. Quiet surroundings, full of green. Well-working wi-fi. Last not least, the personnel have a sense of humour.

Door handles in the shower have to be fixed inside, not outside. The temperature in the sauna should reach considerably higher than humble 81 Celsius. Small fridges at rooms would be recommendable; then I wouldn't forget and leave behind my stuff on departure. :) These are not serious complaints, rather friendly advice.

We returned to the locality after about 1.5 years, we were thrilled again and we were also satisfied with the accommodation, where the service at the reception certainly improved significantly and the price included the opportunity to rent hiking poles or umbrellas. Breakfast absolutely delicious including local food and sparkling wine, in the room automatically tea and coffee making facilities, on the balcony sitting area, all in peace and greenery. Polanica has one of the most beautiful spa parks and La Nonna restaurant has not disappointed again.

Perhaps just a note on the quality of mattresses, which are springy and very soft, this may not suit all guests.

With a very few guests staying, there was a limited choice for breakfast plus broken coffee machine. Bathroom would benefit from putting something better than flimsy plastic shower gel holder.

An inconvenience is the lack of an elevator, therefore staff assistance in carrying suitcases to the upper floors would be appreciated for elders.
