Very convenient and comfortable apartment. Location is also great, not too far away from the town and train station. It has roller shutters on the windows which are an absolute game changer when you’re looking for a good sleep in. A real nice and quiet location too so you have privacy if that’s what you prefer. The facilities were also quite handy to have, especially accessibility to a washing machine/dryer.

I didn’t receive check in details via message like I was supposed to. When I got to the “reception” building I had a man help me but upon arrival he did say it’s not the reception building which made me feel like he was a bit reluctant to help out although he gave me my check in instructions. The description of the apartment also states that it includes a washing machine, nothing specifically to explain the washing machine/dryer is located in the communal facility. This facility I felt could be explained a little better to those checking in so we are able to utilise it more efficiently.

The owner was very helpful when I needed help with my car. The flat was very modern clean and had good working facilities.

There was no air conditioning and even with the windows open it was 28c in the flat. Although the bed was very comfortable it was harder to get to sleep due to the heat.

Everything, clean, silent area not far from the city, parking nearby, many options for food orders and very close to Chomutov where many swimming options even inside and outside are, zoopark and many other nice places.

No public transport close, so car or taxi but we knew that

Its just a bit difficult to book the wellness area, would be nice if there would be a chance to book it on the spot when its free.

It was peaceful and not far from the local amenities

The room was great & the reception area was fantastic too

We celebrated the NYE there - everything was amazing! The main common area has billiard, pool, ping pong - all for free, it has the kitchen with plates, kitchenware so we could serve our own food and there was a fridge to keep our alcohol cool. All the tenants of the area are elderly, but you woudn't be disturbed by them at all, they are quite sweet. The wellness area has two types of sauna, jacuzzi and two bath tubs - quite spacious. Every room has a proper kitchen where you can cook. Rooms are quite spacious, like small flats.

Even though there is Covid happening, but we had no issues being all together in a common room, but somehow for the wellness area "4 people max" rule was applying and the owner was very angry when he had to kick us out, although we weren't disturbing anyone. And yes, we made a little mess after NYE celebration, but it was NYE, so it should be quite understandable that a little mess here and there could have been left after us.

It is quiet, the bed is comfortable, large parking lot.

The cleaning in the bathroom is not perfect.

Nice terrain with well equipped and handy apartments. The owner speaks little English but is very friendly and helpful! Info messages from the hotel come in English. We had to search a little bit for the apartment (the first floor apartments have different numbers!) but only because we missed the giant map in the main building. The apartments are very comfortable and it was very convenient to stay for us travelling with bikes. Little point that can be improved: it was very warm in the apartments (23degrees C) and the thermostats can't be turned down. It would be good if the temperature can be lowered at night because this is too warm to sleep. We had to open the window.
