The location is quite calm, at the outskirts of the city. While the hotel is located near the river, we had no issues with insects, even without window nets. All city-center, dam, and Svatý Kopeček are within walking distance. The parking lot right under the hotel rooms ("behind the hotel" if you will) is mostly large enough + there is another parking lot a few meters "before" the hotel – using a vehicle for traveling to/from the hotel seems most reasonable (due to the relatively small size of Kadaň itself and consequent need for trips to site outside its municipality). Rooms are well thought through, clean, good for even prolonged stays (can imagine spending up to about a week and a half), and in the case of an apartment, luxuriously spacious (for 2 people). Breakfast might not be excellent, but they were not bad either – "better than average" and "good" when compared to similarly priced options I have experience with. We have not tried the hotel restaurant in the evenings. I liked the city and its surroundings, and if I have an opportunity to visit it again, I'm quite likely to stay in this very hotel.

The rooms on the top floor could use air-conditioning or other means of cooling. While the hotel has "wellness & spa" in the name, these are only accessible between October and May. I would welcome slightly better quality of food served by the cook during breakfast.

A quiet location, yet only 10 minutes walk along the river to the historic centre of the town. We loved our spacious room with a balcony overlooking the Ohřa River, and the bed was extra comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, and special congratulations for perfect eggs Benedict! Not allowing children in the wellness area is a good idea, as it makes it a truly relaxing place. We'll definitely be back in spring or summer.

The room could do with a coffee/tea maker, and we were not informed that the restaurant is not open on Sundays except for breakfast.

Perfekt home base location for my business trips into the region. Also relaxed starting point for sightseeing in the beautiful area and cities arround. Food is good and staff is friendly and helpful.

Still had not time and opportunity the try out the wellness area. Hope to get the chance next time. So, leaving a reason to come back. Looking forward to it.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel with a perfect location, nestled in a peaceful setting yet close to the center. The soothing sound of the nearby river created a tranquil atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the comfortable mattress ensured a restful sleep. If I have the chance to visit the area again, I would undoubtedly choose this hotel.

The wellness facility was quite small for that amour of people stayed in the hotel. Dry sauna room did not work.

Good size room with lots of storage. The bathroom is very good. Breakfast good. Did not eat in the restaurant as there were good options in town, a 10-15 minute walk. Spa great.

We had a room that looked over the bistro so be aware that live music plays on some nights till about 10 pm or later. If you want an early night!

Superb location, absolutely calm, no visual or noise interruptions. Bed were super comfortable. Breakfast was perfect.

Unfortunately they closed a bar much sooner, even though we were told it stays open.

Location is great. Quiet river bank. Beautiful walk along the river and through the castle walls to the center of the town. The town itself is stunning and has a rich fascinating history.

Restaurant kitchen closes very early ~7:30pm. This was a bummer for our 8pm arrival.

Perfect for overnight stay for a bike traveller. Bike can be safely stored overnight. Good breakfast for fuelling next day ride. Will be back.
