Absolutely new apartment in the new neighborhood with everything you need. Clean and nice room (we had a studio). Nice area in front of the house for flying a kite 😀 or just running with kids. Great hiking trails. Super nice supermarket (and village as well) in Germany across the border (you can walk a long route or do a shortcut). Easy check in (we arrived around 7 p.m.) and check out!

great little apartment with everything you need. rooms are a decent size for a one bedroom room, and there is lots of rooms for suitcases. there was also a washing machine in the apartment, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but was very helpful. walking distance to the ski lift was very helpful, but there is not mouth of a town there, so you mostly likely need a car.

this is a really tiny thing, but the storage lockers for the skis weren’t heated.

Excellent apartment for a ski holidays. The location is great, less than 200 to the rental equipment shop and ski school. It is also really close the the lift. The apartment was fully equipped with all the things that you could need for your stay and also spotless cleaned.

Bed pillows can be better but apart from that nothing to complain.

Very well equipped kitchen (kettle, oven, mictowave, lots of pans & pots, good knives), clean, nice view. Special breakfast offers in the nearby restaurant in case you want that.

The only little issue was that we could hear the neighbours, so I guess the isolation could have been a bit better, but in the end that was no biggy.

Walking distance to ski rental and the ski lifts. Great modern property. Ski/bike lockers in the garage. The full kitchen was nice for making family meals. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. The two we tried we're great.

The deluxe apartment only had one bedroom. The second room is the kitchen/living room with a couch-bed.

Clean, ergonomically efficient. The kitchen is equipped with about anything you can think of. Close enough to the ski lift. About 200m uphill

Enforced checkin time.14:00 was respected without exceptions. I had 2 kids with me, and we arrived by bus, 45 minutes prior. Thanks to one of the janitors, we had at least access to the garage (warmer, and away from the blizzards).

Well equipped, clean, new apartment. Convenient parking space in garage below. Friendly people in the reception office.

If you're planning on skiing, make sure you can cancel the reservation free. Due to lack of snow the Klinovec Ski resort was closed during our stay January and we were not allowed to reschedule.

Cleanliness was fantastic and the staff was very very friendly and great in communication.

The Mountain View room was a bit of a downfall as we had more buildings that mountains to look at from our windows. a better description of the rooms will help here.

The apartment is in a nice location. It was clean, well-equipped, and nicely designed. Overall, the stay was a joy with the children!
