We stayed at luxury flat with 2 bedrooms. Every room is equipped with gorgeous chandeliers of bohemian crystals. We are fascinated with chandeliers! The location is perfect; the middle of the main street, but quiet side of the river. Easy to walk everywhere for tourists. Supermarket is located in Grand floor. It’s seldom in Karlsbad, but the building has big elevator. Our luxury room has own wash machine in bath. Floor cleaner, espresso machine and coffee tabs, cooking tools, dishes, towels, everything is prepared perfectly! Moreover, Jakub brings breakfast every morning which contains several things with lots of portions. It’s not necessary to go to big supermarket with family stay at all. Jakub always show his best to host us, which was deeply appreciated. We could reserve few minutes away parking which was convenient. We believe there is no holiday flat better than here.

We had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. We were warmly welcomed and received the key right away. The owner is incredibly kind, always helpful, and checks in to make sure everything is okay – communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including towels and toiletries. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the springs and close to walking areas, shops, and restaurants. It’s easy to go out and come back whenever you like. The bed was super comfortable and large, with a great mattress perfect for the back – we slept really well. Breakfast was fantastic. Every morning we had everything we could wish for: honey, jam, yoghurts, warm rolls, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, butter, sweets, juice, and hot drinks like tea, coffee, and cocoa. It was always fresh, delicious, and enough for two people. A washing machine is also available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., which is very practical for longer stays. We will return, and we will stay in this apartment only next time!

We had two balconies ( 5A). We were allowed to smoke in one balcony.The view from the balconies was amazing. Every morning The host brought us a breakfast basket. It was a nice gesture with orange juice, eggs, warm bagels, jam, coffee, tea, cheese, pork, tomatoes and cucumbers. On the fourth floor there is s washing machine and some detergent so you can wash your clothes if needed. There is minimarket just at the ground floor. The prices at the market are affordable. The big superstores are about 1.5 km away. You can borrow umbrella from Madonna apt.

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for one night — it was quite comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, spending time there was pure pleasure. Breakfast was delicious, very filling, and came with freshly baked warm bread rolls. Special thanks to Jakub for the warm welcome and pleasant conversation. We’d love to come back here. Highly recommended :)

The apartment was in a great location overlooking the river, with a breath-taking view. I highly recommend a room with a view of the river. Our breakfast was an added bonus, delivered directly to our room giving us the opportunity to eat on our patio overlooking the splendor. Additionally, our host Jakub was very pleasant, incredibly helpful and informative.

Our stay was really amazing, not only because of the very nice centre of Kalovy Vary where the accommodation is located, but especially because of Jakub's fine service: the welcome, the fine breakfast every day, the cleanliness of the fully equipped flat, the friendliness... everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Jakub, for a wonderful time. We really felt at home.

The location of the appartment was perfect to visit the main attractions in Karlovy Vary. The building has an elevator, which is comfortable for carrying luggages. The appartment with two bedrooms was one of the most spacious appartments we stayed at. The living room looks on to the river and has a beautiful view. The beds and even the sofa bed was comfortable. The heater worked great and our stay was cozy. The kitchen was well and sufficiently equipped to cook for a family of 5 persons. It was great that there was a dishwasher. The breakfast was more than enough and we enjoyed the daily variations. We will definitely stay again, when we visit Karlovy Vary.

My second visit to Karlovy Vary....so pleased I stayed at Madonna Apartments, perfect location, on the top floor with a balcony overlooking this beautiful city. The staff were very professional, curtious, and efficient. The breakfast was very generous. Also, the complimentary laundry was an added bonus...thank you Madonna

Central quiet location, convenient access, friendly helpful host, generous size bedroom with good storage and ambient light. Coffee machine, generous daily breakfast basket delivered to unit, good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Very few tourists around at the time of our visit. Plenty of choices for restaurants and activities.

Bathroom is a touch small (not that anyone can change that) and dining/lounge area is as well. Lack of air conditioning will compromise comfort if/when the temperature rises, but it wasn't a problem for our visit.

Great location in walking distance to everything. Our host met us at the door, brought breakfast, and helped us check out. He was very nice and gave us good advice about the area. The instructions he provided for how to reach the apartment were great. The apartment was very large and the beds were comfortable. The view was very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer.
