Location - in the heart of the city. Style and Quality - rooms and hotel exceptionally equipped, very cosy. Breakfast - simple but good.

In the recent political situation it is truly insensitive and was unpleasant surprize to find a room named Moscow in such a great hotel

Property is in the city center right near the river. Room spacious, huge washroom(shower not bath) . Internet connection is perfect and tv had netfilx already connected (which we never experienced in other countries ) and it was huge plus for us. Kid bed - without request already was in the room - very lovely. Breakfast - delicious . We had big windows so a lot of light during day time. Lovely lady Anna working in reception will stay forever in our hearts - she met us and showed parking ( helped with our luggages ) and escorted us to the hotel as due to emergency on the way we were running late . However she showed us only hospitality even then she needed to stay after her working hours to do our check in .

We really enjoy property and felt welcomed. Only can mention that room is very warm - we slept with open windows and next time i would bring own shower gel and shampoo as small sample package was not enough for 3 persons

Location is superb- right in the city centre on promenade; The room was spacious, very quiet though facing the street, comfy beds. We both had very high quality of sleep. Good wifi (I had to do a call for work and it went well); coffee machine and kettle in the room. Very nice, tasty and fresh breakfast; well appointed breakfast room - enough space for everyone.

My friend had an issue with not understanding the ladies in the breakfast room; she said she tried to charge her phone there on arrival as our room was not ready yet but they rudely shooed her away. It may be the language barrier (as the ladies didn't speak English or German) but she was not very pleased.

Nice hotel, good communication and instructions, all went fine on the reception, very helpful, everything clean.

My bed was of 80cm width which is too narrow (I think this was not the case in the other - more expensive room). The lady servicing the tables at the breakfest was appearing like she is not happy of us without any reason. No conflict, breakfest very good, just that feeling of her …

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Beautifully redecorated and new, bedding was so comfortable, and Anna was the best in being so helpful. She anticipated my needs and even helped me carry my bags to my room. This hotel is phenomenal and you won’t be disappointed. Loved the green beans at breakfast !

It was perfect!

This was a gorgeous little hotel right in the center of Karlovy Vary's sights. Even though it is off a main pedestrian road, the town is very quiet at night. We only stayed for one night, but would have loved staying here longer. Our room featured two small balconies right along the pedestrian road that had the most charming views.

The hotel history was extremely enchanting and the room decor was aesthetically pleasing with plenty of room for two. The location was great as it was central to the colonnades for mineral refills. The in room coffee and tea was perfect as well. Linens were lovely.

The beds were hollowed in (Hong Kong Rm) as a result of people having rested quite a bit in them, which made them quite uncomfortable by the third day. Breakfast was repetitive.

The location is in the prime area of the city centre, but at night it is also quiet for a nice rest (maybe also depends on the season). The breakfast was diverse and delicious. All staff members were very friendly and happy. We were very satisfied with the stay.

The free breakfast was delicious and the ladies that provided our breakfast were hardworking and friendly. They made sure everything was filled up and clean and appealing. Our room was beautiful, roomy, and a great price. The rain shower and spa like bathroom/shower were one of the nicest ever. The Golden Key Boutique Hotel puts most USA elegant hotels to shame. Congrats to the owner, front desk clerk, cleaning and staff for a wonderful 3 days stay in your beautiful Karlovy Vary. We will be back. Thank you!

Amazing boutique hotel for a long weekend in Karlsbad! We loved the location of the hotel as it was very central and you could walk everywhere from there. The breakfast was nice and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The only thing that can definitely be improved: The pillows! They seem very old and hard.
