It was our fourth stay at Ferdinandhof, and hopefully not the last one. We are huge fans of the place, especially the private wellness. The room was the same as last time and we really liked it then as well.

Waiting for the owner at the reception desk. I know that it's hard to run a hotel these days, but maybe the owner could consider hiring a part time receptionist, like there was before COVID.

My stay at Ferdinand Hoff Apart Hotel in Karlovy Vary was simply wonderful. The location is perfect — just a five-minute walk to the heart of the spa area and the famous hot springs. In the other direction, also within a five-minute walk, there’s a supermarket and a fantastic Italian restaurant, making everything incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a cozy stay regardless of the weather. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The service was exceptional and very responsive. When I mentioned I prefer brewed coffee over instant, they kindly brought me a coffee maker. They also made sure to regularly replenish the dishwasher tablets, which I appreciated. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and friendly toward my dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a truly relaxing experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ferdinand Hoff Apart Hotel for anyone visiting Karlovy Vary.

I would love for the kitchen to have a pop-up toaster and my dream: espresso coffee in the mornings. But this is just a suggestion to improve an already wonderful property

Grand and stunning place, really high ceilings that make you feel like you're in a castle, the room felt inviting and warm. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, tall, wide windows, beautiful building, and location.

We had some trouble understanding each other when checking into the hotel because we (the guests) didn't speak Czech very well(or at all, to be truthful). However, we managed to figure things out with the administrator, and we're grateful for their help and patience.

The central location was excellent although up a steep hill (hence the very reasonable room rate). Our room was much nicer and more spacious than the online photos with lovely updated bathroom, well equipped kitchen, big windows & comfortable seating area.

There was not often a person at the reception desk and when there was, he spoke very little English so communication was difficult. Also the restaurant pictured was not open and the man at reception acted as though it was not even a thing since this was an "apartment-hotel" with kitchenette in the room.

The apart hotel is quite spacious. We loved the high ceilings and many windows, wonderful birds singing day and night. The cleaning was exceptional as the towels were changed nearly every day. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the chance to wait for our check-in at the property's restaurant and the chance of having some tea/coffee self-service option there. If you are a walker, be ready to walk uphill as you get to the hotel from the center. But hilly landscape is quite typical for Karlovy Vary. Thank you for making our stay so cozy and at home. We will recommend the place and will choose to come here again next time we are in KV. It's a pity we had to go on Sat and missed an opportunity of Thai massage...another reason to come back ;)

The shower was not fixed properly and had only one position where one could wash themselves using both hands (without holding the shower). The shower sealing should be reconsidered and redone as the floor was flooded after each shower. Anyway, we reported that to the property and hope it will be tackled.

Very nice location near city center. The staff was very nice and friendly. No problem if we wanted to stay 1h longer. Room was clean and well equipped. Especially nice was bathroom.

Parking. It is in the spa city zone with limited entry for cars. You can buy in online application entry to the zone in order to unload your car just next to the hotel, but then you need to park somewhere else (recommended in the underground park house nearby).

Perfect location - close to everything but still tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the in-room amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Only downside is that there's no on-site restaurant, so you’ll need to head out for breakfast, but plenty of good options nearby.

I was in Karlovy Vary for the film festival and the apartment was an ideal base - very spacious and clean, quiet and private, and close to many of the local landmark buildings and more. The hill up to the apart-hotel is steep so it's best to book a taxi to get there rather than drag your bags up - but after that it's fine to walk up and down, and good exercise!

Really nice hotel, super clean with friendly staff. We chose it as a dog-friendly hotel, which it definitely is 😊. The fee for the dog is reasonable and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Short walking distance to the city centre, a little up the hill there is a small park where you can walk your dog.

Very clean, cosy, comfortable rooms. Ideal for staying with children. Excellent staff, great location, luxury interior, the apartments have everything you need.This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel with family and we would love to come back. Highly recommended.
