Hotel Atlantic Palace in Karlovy Vary is a beautiful place with elegant facilities and lovely amenities that make for a pleasant stay. The hotel offers great comforts, though unfortunately, we couldn’t use the spa due to our late arrival. We would have appreciated more information from the staff about things to do in Karlovy Vary, as the city has so much to offer. Communication in English was a bit challenging, but we managed. The hotel’s buffet is good—not extraordinary, but it offers enough variety for a satisfying breakfast. Overall, a nice experience in a charming city.

Great location within Karlovy Vary, fantastic breakfast buffet and a tasteful room. The hotel's Atlantic theme is consistent and makes the stay interesting. I loved the shower. Nice, generous balcony with a great view of Karlovy Vary. TV had many programs in it but is too small for the room. 65 or 75" would be an appropriate upgrade that would also complement the spacious room better. Carpets didn't look very good anymore.

This might be my favorite hotel breakfast over my 19 nights of Vacation. I really like the spread, the soft scrambled eggs, the availability of smoked fish and wonderful pastries. Breakfast room is small but the wait staff is very attentive.

The shower stall doesn't have a door so water splashed all over the floor, messy. The front office isn't very friendly, her English isn't very good, and is very difficult to understand her but we made do. Love the balcony in our room.

No parking. You are going to be in for a nasty surprise, especially if you going to arrive later in the evening. Good news, you gonna get a map that shows possible parking spots. Good luck with that quest. Anyway, advertising as "parking available on site" is a bit misleading.

Very good hotel, comfortable and clean, amazing location. Breakfast filled with good options. Definitely will revisit if we come back to Karlsbad!

The communication with the receptionist of the hotel and of the spa was complicated as they didn’t speak English well (especially in the spa the communication was impossible, no English, no German). The elevator was also not very good and made a very strange sound.

it’s a lovely small hotel and very elegant. Most of the places are a walking near distance. Mostly the hot water springs. It’s a distance to find parking lots since it’s in the middle of the city, just make sure you inform yourselves about the parking lot or the hotel offers you a parking for 20€ per day.

There was not alot to choose from the breakfast but I’m not a breakfast person, so it was good. We couldn’t not use the Sauna at anytime because it was during winter but they offered us to make an appointment and they would have prepared the sauna for us , that was nice

The building itself is amazing. Hotel has perfect location in the middle of the spa district. Breakfast was very nice with amazing view. There was everything I would love to eat for breakfast and some more. Very nice lady at the reception and charming coffee place in the ground floor of the hotel. I'm here for second time and next time I'm coming to Vary I'm staying here too.

The parking is not easy, but for obvious reasons that everyone could understand.

Overall it was a good hotel, great location, nice room with good service, and a spacious renovated bathroom.

The room was cold at night and the carpets really needed a deep cleaning or a complete change. The breakfast was okay,nothing special about it.

Great Hotel in great location. Our room had a great river view. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless. We would highly recommend it.

the only downside is the inability to park close to the hotel, so you have to carry have suitcases. But it is the same for almost every hotel in the centre of Karlovy Vary

I had an amazing room -- a giant suite at the front of the building. Completely delightful. As a bonus, it had a separate mini-split air conditioning system, which was most useful. Breakfast was on the top floor, in a light airy room. Food was quite good.

The check-in process/reception was a bit odd. I felt like maybe I had gone back in time to Soviet era. Nonetheless, staff ended up being quite nice and helpful.
