Everything was great. All the staff was very helpful and polite. We had parking spot reserved with no issues, and moved into the room earlier than check-in time. Our room was clean and really large with HIGH ceilings, everything necessary was there. Placement of the hotel is reallly good - you go out, and 1 staircase later you are in the very center of promenade. The price was also very reasonable considering all the factors.

A slight nitpick - it may be a bit tricky to get to the hotel by car, but you are sent detailed instructions when creating a booking.

The hotel is in a perfect and quiet location, just off the main street close to all the city's attractions. It has some paid parking available (I recommend booking in advance). Access by car is a bit "adrenaline-intensive", but nothing that can't be done. The room is a decent size, clean and has everything you need. The breakfast was self-service, varied enough and everything was good and fresh. I would like to give a special compliment to the hotel manager who welcomed us at the reception. He was extremely friendly and helpful and talkative. He advised us on what to see, where to eat something good. We followed all his instructions and had a great day. If we were to visit Karlovy Vary again, we would definitely choose this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. Communication was prompt, making everything hassle-free.

The beds were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep without disruption. Though the mattresses were comfortable, the bed frames made creaking sounds with every movement. Additionally, the bedboards collapsed in both the double bed and one of my kid’s beds, which was frustrating. I think this can be easily improved! The toilet flush stopped working after a certain hour at night, which I assume was to minimize noise for other guests. However, this was quite inconvenient, and I believe the hotel should consider an alternative solution.

Nice location. We stayed here for 3 people for 2 nights and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and convenient for sightseeing. We would choose this hotel again. If you have luggage and are taking a bus from the hotel to Prague, take Bus 2 and get off at Náměšti Dr. Horákové, which is close to the terminal station.

The room on the entrance side was a little cold when the heating was turned off at night. The room was right next to the elevator, so we could hear noise, and on the first day we heard noise from the neighboring rooms. The next day it was quiet.

We arrived late in the evening, but the staff was very helpful with the late check-in. The breakfast was great with so many options to choose from. We also got a nice parking spot for the car right in front of the hotel. Overall, would really recommend if one wants to stay at the more historic part of Karlovy Vary rather than the urban areas.

It is nothing to do with the hotel, but the street leading there is very narrow, so would not recommend with a big car.

We mostly loved Marek! He really entered our heart. This hotel owner is really very lucky to have Marek as a manager. Marek really made sure to send us organized instructions and answered any questions we had. In addition to that, he is very sociable and we enjoyed chatting with him about life itself. He literally entered our hearts on a highway. We also loved the location of the hotel, near parking.nice shower, big room.

Elevator is only until level 3. Wifi is very slow.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, the view from the top floor was superb, the staff was very kind and helpfull. The free parking space was very important for me since I was with a car. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to everythig in the spa zone yet on a quiet street. The brekfast was tasty and was served in the small and cosy breakfast room. Would recommend this hotel since the value for your money is great!

If I remember correctly there was no one at the reception after 18:00 and I arrived at around 19:00. That's the only thing that I could think of that might be improved - if there could be someone at the reception at least until 20:00. Other than that everything was great and the communication with the staff went well even though there was no one at the reception.

Location! Great being right next to the main pedestrian street of Carlsbad. Room was spacious, with nice view over the roof tops. Breakfast was fine, but not so very wide variety of foods. Hotel's own parking is just a couple of cars, so if you don't book in advance you don't get any space, but in this case they can offer to park the car on the nearly parking (for a fee), just 100-150m away so worked out fine.

The exact room we had (for 4 persons) is not very well suited for disabled persons. I had a sprained ankle and had to use the crutches, and although there's an elevator, we figured that the room we booked was not accessible by lift (after coming to the top with elevator, you have 2 more staircases to climb on feet).

It is located in the old town centre and most attractions can be reached within walking distance. Also, it can be readily reached by bus from the main railway station. Even though I arrived after its reception opening hours, when I rang the door bell, the host gave me instructions to get the room key somehow remotely, and the overall check-in was straightforward. The room I booked (single room) was very spacious. Foe dome cheap hotels rooms with that size would be place a double bed. Because the hotel is not located in front of the river promenade of the old town, it was quiet at night. Although breakfast offered is never sumptuous; considering its room rate, it was well worth the price; and I really enjoyed the breakfast time there. If I visited Karlovy Vary some day, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The common lobby area is practically absent; but considering this is only a small hotel and I generally would not stay in a hotel all day Kong, this is not an issue for me.

The Hotel Boston is a lovely little budget hotel tucked right behind the main street (and river) in Karlovy Vary. Was a little tricky to find using GPS but we made it and the staff were very kind. Our room was clean and stayed pretty cool with the windows open. It was also relatively quiet, being off the main drag. There is a walkway between the hotel and the hot springs / collonade (for drinking not soaking keep in mind). Our room did not come with breakfast included but we were able to pay a little extra (6 euros for adults 4 euros for kids) and enjoyed a lovely buffet style breakfast.

The hotel has an elevator but it stops between floors, so stairs are unavoidable (not an issue for us so much but I imagine this would be problematic for certain guests). Also, the parking area was an additional $12 euros each night and a VERY tight fit to get to.
