The hotel offers excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable, but it's better to have breakfast somewhere else. I lived there for 4 days and I liked it.

My windows had metal bars welded to the wall. This information is not included in the photos in the hotel description, and this is understandable. In case of fire, you will turn into a perfectly baked ham. There are no rooms with a view of the park or the yard. They overlook a hill 5 meters from the window and the restaurant roof with pipes, fans from kitcken air conditioners and sounds from the kitchen. But these rooms are not hot in the summer.

Considering the price, we had a very good experience. The rooms were spacious, the location absolutely perfect and the breakfast more than expected.

Just a tip. If you follow the instructions from the app to Google maps, you will be driven to a narrow street behind the hotel. Then you will have to drive 15 minutes back in order to find the entrance. Therefore do not follow the directions from the app, just enter the name of the hotel directly to Google maps. That's all.

Location was perfect, views from our both rooms too. Rooms was spacious and clean. Parking place for our car was in 3min walk, crossing small bridge. Receptionist girl was kind and solved all questions fast.

Hotel needs to be renovated, a bit brushed everything. Breakfast was with very poor selection and variety of food. Coffee was worst ever tried - hotel guys need to pay attention on that.

Chandeliers, decoration, mattress, size of rooms, location, receptionist, breakfast. Everyone should see Karlovy Vary at least once in a lifetime!

The maintaining is simple cheating, awful job everywhere. Table clothes have spots, things can be simple, but no way dirty. In the room lot of parts of chandeliers, even next to bed are missing...I guess you have got a lot of strange souvenir collectors! Wifi&tv was not working in the room, the IT guy is a liar:)

Breakfast was good, check in was fast, very central location, plenty of pubs/restaurants right outside the hotel.

Parking wasn’t available; even though we booked 1 month in advance, they said there is no more space. This was disappointing as we booked this hotel specifically because they said they offer free parking close to it. Therefore we had to pay 20€ a day for a parking garage on a hill, away from the property, which wasn’t nice to go back and forth with luggage to, especially in very hot weather.

Classy hotel. The room was very spacious, very comfortable beds, bathroom with grand bath! Loads of towels. Perfect location on the boulevard. Breakfast buffet was good, lots to choose from. Very friendly staff. They only have two parking places, we didn’t make a reservation and had to pay park somewhere else. You can’t reach hotel by car. You have to unload on the other sidebank of the river and walk across a small bridge. We had no problems with leaving the car there for a few minutes. The hotel showed us the parking space just a 5 to 10 minute walk along the river at Parking art gallery.

This hotel is very affordable considering its location just right at the center. The view outside my room is also quite lovely. You just step outside and there you'll find the restaurants and shops. The room is suitable for a solo traveller and the basic breakfast is already included. The staff was also very helpful when i had questions about trip options to prague and let me store my luggage before i took off. 🫰

Location, you on the busy street with a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and clean room. Lovely ladies at reception, always happy to help. Lady at breakfast room , very polite, I been late on my first breakfast, and I just ask for the a coffee, but she still offered me some food and a cake. Thank you

Location is great, easy walking distance to all beautiful places in the town. Breakfast was ok, but coffee needs an upgrade! Sure the whole place could do an upgrade, but then again its an old building and age shows. It's a kinda bit wear down, but look behind that, after all its a historical building!

Staff were very nice and helpful. There are a lot of comments on breakfast. I want to say that our expeditions were low for breakfast, but honestly the breakfast was perfect for what you would want to start your day. Had a great variety of offerings, juices, coffee, tea, warm and cold food. I think guests need to consider their expectations in comparison for the price they are paying for such a good location. Overall, a fine stay for one night in a good location. No complaints really.

It said parking was available when we booked (for a price). However, after booking we were informed there were no spaces, but there is a parking lot about 7 min walk away. We used it and we were fine.
