The hotel is conveniently located - not in the very center, but close to the springs and next to the funicular. The room is excellent, spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean linens. Towels, soap, and a mini shower gel for each guest are provided. There is also a kettle, tea, and sugar. A good, large TV is available. The receptionist is very friendly. Everything is very clean and tidy. An excellent option for a reasonable price. If we travel here again, we would definitely return.

The location is great, very close to the pedestrian zone of Karlovy Vary. The location is difficult to find by car (it is hidden behind a huge hotel) and we were driving in circles for about half an hour. When we gave up we called the property and the guy from the reception came and picked us up.

Walls are very thin - the guest next door turned on TV at 5 am in the morning and we couldnt sleep since. Do not expect too much, rooms would need some renovation, but overall the property is worth the money.

Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean, located close to the main attractions. Got an awesome recommendation for the thermal pool from the reception.

The underground parking is at 5-6 minutes walking and I can't stress this enough, make sure you tell them to reserve you a parking place and confirm it. You can park close to the hotel alley for a few minutes to check-in, but otherwise there is no available parking nearby.

Great location of property, clean and big room. Definitely will stay one more time. Got everything I was needed.

It’s a bit of the struggle with the reception as is no one there and it’s close most of the time. I was checking out at 6am and was no one to handle the keys so I was forced to leave them in the room. Try to contact them and no one pick the phones and no response to messages. However, value room for price.

This is a wonderful small hotel in a great location, off a main street so very quiet. The rooms were spotlessly clean with super comfort beds. Magical View of Karlovy Vary. A Very Warm Welcome, which made me feel at home. Many Thanks to All Team !!!

The room was big, the bed was comfortable, heating was working. Room was cleaned every day except on Monday. I had half-view of the city from my room on the 5th floor and window was looking to a quiet street. Wifi was strong. I think I was the only guest in the building due to off-season. :-)

There is water kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or tea, and also only liquid hand soap and no toiletries despite the photos of them here. :-( There was 1 night when some people (looking like permanent residents or hotel staff?) was very loud in the room below mine but after I asked them around midnight they got quiet.

I like everything in the room! I didn't expect much before because i was only finding some place to stay at Karlovy Vary for 1 night, but turned out that everything was so good. They have almost every facilities you'd need. The location is also near the Lanovka Diana which is just only a few steps there to go up to look at the city, up on the tower on the mountain. Everything was so great. The staffs are also look nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The room was too good. As I was traveling alone, it was more than what I expected. very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Staff could be a bit more polite if possible as lot many people who come to the hotel do not understand the local language.

I adore the lady at the reception. She was awesome, helpful, funny, nice, lovely and I will come again. It is always about people.
