The room was large and very comfortable, the staff kind, the location fantastic and the whole arrangement worth while and good value. We enjoyed it!

We booked Parkside (as opposed to Riverside which was 50% more expensive) thinking it's the same Pupp hotel but a nice view from the hotel room versus a less nice one, as we really didn't care about the view. It turned out that Parkside and Riverside are two different hotels, with different breakfast arrangements, different receptions, different spas etc. Parkside is just a fair 4 star hotel. If you're looking for the iconic 5 star Pupp Hotel, it's the Riverside...

The staff, the ambiance, the sauna, breakfast It was truly a wonderful experience. I also just wanna thank the receptionist, we had booked riverside with forest view, I had mistakenly thought all riverside had front views, thankfully due to an unplanned check out we got a room at the riverside with front views. Totally worth it and the price difference relatively okay. We also enjoyed having our dog there. We also had dinner st the grand pupp restaurant, cake and coffee at the cafe pupp and tried their signature drinks at beckers bar. To relax just go down to the saunas.

The carpets are very old and in corners or along the hallway one sees old stains The property is standing since 300 years! So one cant nit pick on little things like these

Beautiful historical hotel, well maintained, comfortable room, great location close to the colonnades with thermal water and city centre, also the beautiful forest with the hiking trails up the Diana tower and Deer jump are just behind the hotel. Very delicious breakfast with good variety of choice even including Czech sparkling wine. Very hot dry sauna.

Staff could be a bit more smiley, warm and welcoming to truly make guests feel special and valued (reception staff, concierge, and floor staff in the restaurant). Also, male staff member in the spa (who took care of my peat bath with face mask) was not speaking English well and was not particularly friendly (or perhaps it's due to the language barrier). Lastly, spa area: herbal sauna hardly had any herbal smell, and steam room did not have much steam (the air was clear i.e. no steam most of the time and you had to wait like 10 minutes for some steam to finally appear).

Again, spectacular and extraordinary. Feeling like kings and queens when staying there. Staff is exceptionally friendly and the massage at the Spa was pure wellness. Lovely town as well, the hotel is perfectly located for walks through. We are already planning our next stay at the Pupp. Also looking forward to dining at the restaurant again, courses are true masterpieces!

Everything - the location , the facilities , the ambience , the charm !

We had the room in the other building , across the street . So it was a little annoying to take the bathrobes with us through a public street whenever we had to use the Spa facilities .

Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. Room was large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the rainfall shower and the hotel branded toiletries. Restaurant was fantastic, 7 course evening meal was worth it. Breakfast was tasty, although it can get busy on the weekend. Most important aspect of any hotel are the staff; everyone was extremely polite and very helpful. In front of the hotel there are brass cobbles with names of famous guests. It's fun to search through the variety of names; ranging from Peter the Great to Keira Knightley.

One slight disappointment, in general the hotel is fantastic and sets a very high standard. The coffee in the main restaurant could be much better, it's not befitting of such a grand establishment.

I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The spa was luxurious. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The continental breakfast was beyond amazing. I had the best meal of my life at the steakhouse. I wish I could stay at Pupp forever.

My partner and I stayed in Quisisana Palace suites across the bridge, it was beautiful. We enjoyed all the perks of Grandhotel Pupp including lovely breakfasts and access to the spa. The room was gorgeous and clean and very large, the bathroom was beautiful and the heated floors were very welcomed in the cold winter weather! The staff were very quick and had great attention to detail. Already recommended to everyone :)

The location is great in the center of the city. All the personnel are very attentive and supportive

We had dinner in the Malá Dvorana And Grand restaurant and the variety of food was not that much. It seems that both restaurants have the same kitchen that offers more or less the same plates with only some additional options in the grand restaurant. I would have expected more

Very crowded, especially in spa and reception. I think they need more space in these areas for the amount of people they have due to the size of the hotel.
