We arrived in the late afternoon. We asked for parking place in front of the hotel and it was waiting for us just a step from the front door 👍(extra 15€/one day) The receptionist acomodated us into larger room, so kids had their own room. The suite was fantastic, old but well preserved and furnished. A lot of towels and a fantastic shampoo. Breakfast was great, a lot for every taste, coffee could be better. Dining room is quite small, when we entered, we couldn't sit together, but instantly one older couple switced places with us. Lady in the dining room was running all the time up and down and took care for the buffet, so it was all the time full. 😉

Very beautiful hotel decor, the room was a good size, bed and sofa very comfy, we arrived 2 hours before check-in time and were given a room right away. Breakfast was tasty and refilled if asked, going to the start of the breakfast at 8 am was very crowded, might have to wait for a table if you are not lucky, but if you come at 9.30-10.00 easy to get a table and not crowded at all. Woman serving at breakfast is very friendly. Some food maybe going out though. Worked out for us as there's only one day we needed to leave early, other days sleep in and go later was perfect. Location is good, walkable to the center in about 10 mins or bus to the train station just across the street from the hotel.

Towels were not changed at all in 3 nights that we stayed. No place in bathroom to put toiletries to do makeup. Shower curtain not very convenient, sticks to the body. Need a glass or curtain from heavier material for better shower experience.

We liked location of the hotel: it is located at the main promenade of Karlovy Vary, but at pretty silent place. A tourist info office is located nearby, so we got necessary guiding there. The staff of the hotel is very helpful. We also liked breakfasts providing variety of choice and good service. Beds are comfortable and hard, which is very good for my back, I was able to get good rest after full day walking.

The decoration is a bit shabby, I would say "tired", however it is a minor thing.

It is very well located, nicely decorated room. Parking with little extra in front of the hotel. Special thanks for breakfast arranging personnel. We assumed breakfast starts 7 and were there at 7.15. The personnel kindly informed that it starts only at 8, but please take a seat and they quickly prepared for us bacon and eggs and salads and fruits etc. Also we arrived around12 at noon, and normal check in time is 2PM, but reception accepted us to have room earlier. So friendly and flexible staff.

Could not say anything missing or disapointing.

Everything was very good. All the time I had the feeling that the hotel was focused on making me, as a guest, feel comfortable. The communication in advance was very good: they responded quickly and were very helpful throughout. The room was huge, the wifi was fast and easy to connect. The bathroom was beautiful and very pleasant. Everything worked nice and well. The bed in the room was comfortable, the armchair was comfortable and the view from the room was great. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Parking could be booked in advance and the parking was in front of the hotel. Everything was so European. I really hope we can come back here soon.

Maybe the breakfast room could be bigger, but actually everything was very good.

Location, paid parking immediately in front of the hotel, clean and comfortable. Better looking room than what we thought we booked. We booked half board and thinking that was breakfast and lunch. But we were given the option to switch to breakfast and dinner instead and that was wonderful especially when we had the 2 yo child with us. Food was tasty.

I guess the entire hotel could go under a renovation and modernization a little. When walking the entire floor was shaking due to old wooden flooring. Both mornings we stayed there we woke up around 5 as it felt like all heavy duty machines and trucks were passing in front of the hotel. I don't know if this is generally how they start the day or approaching Film festival... hard to tell. We were given coffee/teacups in the room but no coffee/tea/kettle

We had booked the economy room but the receptionist moved us to a better room they had for the same price so we would be more comfortable and she was very nice and spoke English well. It was a beautiful room, that had royal decor vibes, with a great view to the Casino, Grand hotel and some other attractions. The breakfast had plenty of choices and it was very nice. The location was very good it was next to the Main Street and the river. Overall I’m very pleased.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms (even single rooms!) are spacious and ours all overviewed the park opposite the street. For the birthday we celebrated that weekend the hotel blocked a table in the breakfast room and gifted us a bottle of Prosecco. A parking spot could be booked upon arrival and even though ours was not directly by the hotel, we could still use the spots in front of the entrance during our arrival and departure.

In one of the rooms, we could hear the footsteps and the moving wardrobe whenever people would walk.

Very beautiful and really „royal“ room. Great view from windows. And all for relatively small price. Location is great, springs and parks nearby, lovely surroundings. Breakfast has good variety.

We were at peak time in this hotel, maybe that was the reason. There was only one person delivering food and cleaning tables at breakfast and she couldn’t serve so many people at once. But she was really great and doing her best to have everyone satisfied.

Easy to find, parking outside the hotel on the street. Massive size room. Comfortable bed. Quiet during the night. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful, recommended restaurants and places to visit, and when noticed it was my birthday presented me with a bottle of sekt. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Our room didn't have any view, was facing another building and balcony of next room. We didn't mind as we didn't stay in the room for long, but if our stay would be longer, I would request a room with a better view. Hotel restaurant and bar was closed during our stay.
