Comfortable bed and room, decent amount of space, they gave you bathrobes and slippers. Our room had a little balcony with one chair and table. Good AC. Very good breakfast with hot and cold items, eggs, sausages, beans, oatmeal, mini waffles and pancakes, yogurt and cereals, various good bread and pastries, fruit. Easy 5 min walk downhill to the main part of town. Good parking lot up the hill and around the corner for 13 euros a night. Nice lady at the front desk with minimal English but good enough.

The shower was extremely small, the bathroom was large so they could have installed a much larger shower, instead the smallest possible, as a 5’6, 125 lb woman I had a hard time, never mind bending over. The pillows are big and square and take up a lot of space on the bed. There are a few stairs both up to the front door and to get up to the level with an elevator for the rest.

The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom like the room itself was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff very helpful in pointing us in the right direction to see as much as we could during our stay. We turned up during the international film festival so there was a real vibe about the place, plenty of local bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Car parking can be booked however there are only 4 spaces which isn't many for the size of the hotel. The photos are also deceiving it looks like the hotel is on a flat road however access is via a tiny bumpy cobbled street on a really steep incline, we arrived on motorbikes, negotiating the steep incline downwards on what is supposed to be a one way street but met cars head on, not the hotels fault at all but something to take into consideration.

Our stay at Hotel Schlosspark was wonderful, and exceeded our expecations. The hotel was very well decorated, in the 'traditional' style but with new carpets and furnishings. It is located right off the main centre of the town, a short walk to restaurants and cafes (and the famous thermal spas). We booked an economy room, which was bigger than expected, with a very spacious and warm bathroom (with great water pressure) as well as a dressing area. The beds were comfortable and clean -- though 'Queen' actually translates to two twins pushed together, which is common in this part of Europe. The spa was open from 15 - 22, with a nice sauna, swimming pool, and rest area -- super relaxing. Finally, the breakfast was first-class, with eggs, sausage, vegetables, traditional pancakes/waffles, and fresh bread, coffee was also very tasty. We enjoyed looking at the view over Karlovy Vary from the breakfast room, and the staff were most helpful.

No complaints -- be aware the check-out is 10:00 sharp, which is slightly early, considering this is also when the breakfast finishes.

Dog friendly, good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, big shower cabine, parking was good, but a little bit far from hotel.

Spa area is very-very-very small, it can be used on the same time max 8 people. It should be adults only from 19.00, not pleasant to relax when children are shouting and jumping in the small swimming pool next to the sauna and relaxing room. Hotel is not suitable for people with difficulties to walk and impossible for disabled people.

A wonderful town and very well placed hotel although a little difficult to get to due to it being so central. Parking was also a little tricky, however, we managed with the friendly help from the staff who directed us to the car park about 10 mins walk away.

the stuff really kind, explained to me how to get there from train station, the bed supercomfortble, really clean, just right in the center but a bit hidden to be more quiet, no noise around in a room with views to a hill, all facilities provided

I booked a room with Spa in a really famous Spa city, famous for the benefits of the thermal waters, with high temperature waters... and the Spa water is too much cold that you can not stand it more than 3 minutes inside (even in summer), nobody there to help you with the waterfalls and so on... really disappointed with this ... I could afford the money (&time) of the Spa access to entrance the city Spa. please, if someone from the hotel read this comment, do not switch the ambient music before 8 am...

It is right in the center of the old city. If you want to go out at night, you have to walk at least 20 min or take a taxi. The room was big and comfy, but, we booked 2 rooms with double beds and the beds were 2 single ones to each room. We asked the receptionist about it and she told us that they don't have any double beds in the hotel. She informed the staff and they came and put a buffer between the beds. It was Okey -ish but not what we expected.

My wife's eye sight isn't great. A couple of times she didn't see stairs that were ccovered with the same dark carpet as the hallway floor and nearly fell. A stripe in a brighter colour or a metal strip at the top and bottom of the stairs would help to alert people with poor eye sight, whose vision is not so bad that they would qualify to use a cane. It's not the Hotels faulr. We come across this problem alot

The hotel staff is very friendly and caring, and speak several languages including Russian. We have lacked shower gel and safe was locked upon arrival - the receptionist came to fix it immediately. We enjoyed the sauna, little swimming pool and breakfast that was included into the room rate. The hotel has perfect location and is generally good value for money.

Well, there is kettle in the room but tea and coffee are provided for 30 Kr per cup. That is called greediness :) Sauna is opened from 17:00 Booking.com advertise this hotel as “доступ в оздоровительный центр включен в стоимость». What is that? Sauna and little swimming pool? It was misleading, I chose this hotel for the reason that there is more than that. Instead we payed 600 Kr per person for the spa at the Thermal Hotel. Spa Hotel Schlosspark is a nice hotel but booking.com should give more precise description, such as tea and coffee cost 30 Kr per cup and access to sauna and swimming pool included, not to the health centre

Excellent location, within a few steps from the city center and all colonnades, our room was just superb, breakfast was also excellent. All personnel were very friendly, especially in the spa center and they worked very hard to meet our needs. Thank you to everyone, we will be back soon!

Room service needs some improvement, overall our room was clean but I had to ask a couple of times to replace dirty dishes and towels in the room.
