Wonderful Stay with a Stunning View! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Jean De Carro was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of Karlovy Vary. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh ingredients. The wellness center was the perfect place to relax – the sauna, jacuzzi, and peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. A big plus was the convenient parking right at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Karlovy Vary. 💙

The price for the location was great. It's on a small hill overlooking the city center ( 3 minute walk down to the main geyser). The staff was very friendly and serviceable. The room was big, clean, sunny and bright and had all of the needed amenities.The furniture was simple but comfortable and the room had a massive mirror, a television and a writing desk, as well as a refrigerator. The hotel had a good choice for breakfast( omelette , different types of sausages, donuts, marmelade, coffee, juice etc.)and the croissants, specifically, were delicious.

I liked all of it to be honest. The fact that it's situated on a small hill ( albeit a very small one which takes maximum 3 minutes to climb from St.Mary Magdalene Church) may not be for people who have very very severe leg problems or need a wheelchair.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were clean, although the furniture was a bit old-fashioned, but it added to the charm of the place. The mattresses were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel and the room were clean, the staff very nice and the breakfast ok. The view from the room was amazing over all the town. Beautiful.

There weren't unpleasant things, maybe the road to come down to the hotel can be improved but it doesn't depend on the hotel.

We were received by a marvellously kind receptionist, who exhausted all our wishes concerning our stay. We enjoyed the spectacular view and the perfect situation of the hotel.

Room got quite warm and since our room had no AirCon or climate control, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Despite the hotel name, wellness is Not included.

Beautiful comfortable hotel with stunning view over the city. Breakfast with enough of choice. We hope to have more time next time to use the wellness facilities.

We really enjoyed the view from our room, straight over the main geyser and the surrounding, there were even a tiny balconies, which were really nice. Breakfasts were nice and rich with a lot of variety for both cold and warm meals. Location is central so you can walk easily anywhere you need.

- The mattress was too soft so i had a backache - Juice for breakfast was very diluted and hence sour (even though i normally dilute juice, this was too much) - The shower floor was broken and it felt very unstable while standing there

Great hotel with excellent service! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to attractions. Would definitely recommend!

The check in.....Diana is the superstar...she made our stay seamless and perfect...good advice on attractions and went out of way to arrange our transportation to prague
