we found the property good, big and warm spacious rooms, comfortable beds, all necessary things for living and cooking were in place The location is good unless you have problems with knees or travel by wheelchair (climbing up and down from/to city center)

there are some things we wanted to be better: - the stairs are narrow and steep enough to climb with suitcases: 2 people will not be able to pass at the same time - the parking is really 200+ meters and not easy to get in (we didn't find the entrance to the parking the first attempt having the scheme ... and having the password there is no any word about mechanical lock - having the intercom, barrier and even the traffic light) - it won't be easy to find it after the sunrise - any label "Panorama Aparts parking" would be very useful. - there is really no any space available to pull/put the luggage from/into the car unless you stop the car at the bus stop (the entrance to the building is at the bus stop ...) or block the cars at mini park lots nearby.

Most clean place I have ever booked. Very well equipped, also for monthly stays (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, full equipped kitchen). Exacting host.

The usage of the appartment is a bit overregulated, you have to read a lot to get to know the rules (etc. you have to take the rubbish out yourself otherwise extra costs apply). Complicated communication with the host in english (but she answers almost immediately). Our room on the 1st floor had just a little panorama.

We loved the place. It was clean, the location is great, there is a parking space for each apartment. It is really close to the Saunia SPA which is open to the public. There are great recommendations in a folder prepared by the owner - we took the advise and went to “U Tomašu” and it was delicious on a very good prices. The beds were comfy, we used the washing machine and it was good, there is always hot water and the apartment was very warm. The second night we had an issue with the parking spot, as some idiot had parked there, even thought it says that it is reserved for the apartments, so we called the landlord he came and let us use his spot. Overall we were more than happy to be there.

This is just a personal issue, that I was aware before we went, but just in case I will write it here - there is no terrace in the apartment, so you have to go outside if you are a smoker. That is written in the conditions, but just in case someone missed it. :)

All of the kitchen amenities were available. The communication with the property manager was flawless and they made our early arrival possible. Also, they were very accommodating regarding any special requests. Perfect internet connection as well as a variety of TV services were available. Downtown was reachable within a couple of minutes down the hill. We really appreciated the insect nets on the windows.

- The floors were a bit dirty - the window of our apartment was facing a bus stop, so we could smell some of the cigarette smoke coming from there. That I can imagine can be an issue in the summer.

We liked the location: It takes 10–15 minutes to the centre walking. Bus spot is nearby. The room was very clean and warm. The personal is nice, and they reacted quickly to our requests. Park spot was in 5 minutes walking.

The building is not new, so the soundproofing of the room is not so good. We had loud neighbours, but we called the reception and they helped us. The building does not have an elevator (it was not a problem for us).

We stayed in apartment no 9 on the 2nd floor (no elevator, only stairs) The apartment had 3 bedrooms. In the middle a big living room with well equipped kitchen corner, TV, wifi and dining area. We had two bathrooms with toilets, washing machine. The view from the windows was fantastic. The beds and the linens were very comfortable, Everything in the apartment was extremely clean and seemed brand new. Parking might be a problem, but we had luck, there was a free place in front of the house. The hosts offered also parking place a few hundred meters away. The road by the house is busy, but it did not really disturb, the windows seem to be quite sound proof. The public bus stops in front of the house. The central spa area of the town is very close, few minutes walks down the stairs. There is a supermarket close to the house. We had very smooth communication with the hosts. I can only recommend this apartment if you need your own space with 3 separate bedrooms.

It was an excellent location to stay at. We arrived early, but the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and kind despite our language differences. The room was excellently maintained, and had useful information about the town. I would and most likely will return to this hotel the next time I travel with my partner to Karlovy Vary. It was great!!

It was easy to hear the other guests, but there isn't much to do about that! Otherwise I have no complaints.

The host gave all information in advance. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Parking space was really close to the apartment entrance.

View from the apartment was on the street and house on the other side of the street but we expected to have a view of the city.

Very clean apartment. It had all the things that I need you need. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Very busy road traffic where the apartment was located. Quite noisy indeed. Only street parking available and luckily we managed to get one. Need to walk some distance from the apartment to the central tourist area.
