Jan at the reception shared valuable tips with us about which mineral spring is better to use, he was friendly and polite. The room was unexpectedly spacious, with 2 floors. Another praise is for the reception that allowed us to keep the heavy suitcases some time after checking out. Due to this favour, our small group could climb the hills around the historical part of Karlovy Vary.

There were some spots in the lower room which looked untidy: dead insects near the window.

Breakfast was very good. Clean, quiet place for a short stay.

The only issue is that room has no closets to place/hang clothes. And the most uncomfortable thing was that in the shower room there is no place/hook where to hand clean towel to be used after shower. Also, when I contacted the hotel before the arrival about the hotel parking service, I was informed that such services is not provided. When I came to the hotel, I saw the parking and in the reception I was informed that I can book the parking when I am in the hotel. This could have been told during my conversation before the arrival.

-A very central location, great for walking around - the personnel was very friendly and helpful arranging our late-night arrival. It’s important to know that driving the street to their parking garage (located at the 6th floor of the hotel) is restricted, and the GPSs show it as one-way or forbidden to entry. Drive in anyway and be prepared to tell the police that you are checking in. - the breakfast was quite fine

- we did have a small sauna in our huge suite, but didn’t have any kitchenette or a microwave :) Not that we needed a kitchen, but some guests might require it. - the garage can only accomodate 2 cars, and if both cars are big, then it gets really tight

Beds were not comfortable and the third bed was in a mezzanine without much relation to the rest of the apartment Also the apartment was equipped with a sink and fridge, but only a couple of plates and forks and no means for cooking. We had to ask for more plates and something to wash dishes. The kitchen was in fact a cupboard a sink and a fridge, no more. Also the apartment was large but didn’t have a real table to eat on. The large space was rather empty. Finally, there is no easy parking solution (we had to park two streets above the apartment, which is quite tough seeing how steep the hill behind the hotel is)

The accommodation has a wonderful view of one of the sights in Karlovy Vary: Mlýnská kolonáda. It is located right in the city centre and is easy to reach on foot. Our unofficial highlight was the lift that runs along the inside and outside of the building. The only drawback was the breakfast. The quality here definitely still has room for improvement. But all in all, the stay was great.

The location of the hotel was more than perfect, right in the heart of the city (we could see the colonnades from our window). The staff was really friendly and helpful with various information (eg: we wanted to visit Locket Castle which is situated in a nearby village, approx. 30 minutes by bus and the staff helped us with the timetable of the bus). Breakfast was good, room was big, cozy and really clean. Definitely recommend this hotel for 2,3 days trip in that area.

Everything was perfect, nothing to brag about. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the center of the tourist area of the city. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful to us. The room was really very good and very clean. Really much better than we expected. A small cozy suite with all the comforts to stay not only a few days.The view from the room is also excellent as it faces the river with the Mill Colonnade in the background. Although there was no parking available at the hotel, we found easily, after a relevant instruction from the reception, a free one on a public road 300 m away. 

A. The WiFi signal was weak and often dropped completely. B.It would be useful for anyone traveling by car to know during the booking process and not afterwards whether there is parking available at the accommodation or not.

Stunning location… once we found it as very central you couldn’t actually drive your car to the front. View just stunning and easy access to Italian restaurant underneath. We used car parking once sorted super convenient. Both rooms roomy and clean. lovely to have breakfast included.

Sorry the heating appeared to be broken in room 212 seemed to only be on full and didn’t get a chance to tell you we ha$ to sleep with windows open which worked bu5 you may need to check.

Great location in the city centre with views on the colonnades. Very good value for money. Free parking options ca. 1km uphill. Charming breakfast room. Adequate breakfast selection.

Rooms seem a little dated and basic. A bit difficult having a shower in the top rooms with a bathtub squeezed just under the roof.

Good experience and experience. The best location in the center of Karlovy Vary. very polite and pleasant staff. They complied with all requests and wishes. Employees speak several languages. Quality full breakfast in a chic room. Our suite had a Jacuzzi bath.

On the street, at the entrance to the hotel, there is no explanation where the reception is located. You need to go deep inside, walk past the store, towards the pizzeria. Only there is an inscription and a pointer to the reception. In a suite room with a kitchen, we expected to see not only a kitchen counter, a kettle and plates, but also at least a microwave.
