Located near the center. A few minutes walk uphill from the towns center. Private parking. Large and comfortable rooms. Wonderful view of the town. Breakfast was very nice. A gluten free meal prepared for one of us, which contained a nice variety.

What a fabulous first time in Karlovy Vary:). The hotel is situated central but in quiet area providing the free of charge parking, friendly service, elegant, spacious and clean room with a terrific view, tasty breakfast (there are also gluten/dairy-free options upon request).. We would highly recommend to stay here!

Hotel Ontario is an excellent hotel, with great rooms (we stayed in one of the bigger ones), good breakfast, very nice hosts who went out of their way to allow us to stay an extra night in the same room. Exceptionally good service! The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom is large! We loved spending time on the balcony, with a glass of wine. Free parking was a huge added bonus for us, travelling by car from Norway. The location is perfect, above the colonnade. And there is a «secret» lift from the street if you don’t want climb the stairs back to the hotel!

Amazing place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Fabulous location, probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Huge, comfortable rooms. The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

This is cozy hotel with fantastic location in the city center of old SPA. Small parking, spacious rooms and big bathroom. This time I had a small balcony (but worse view) anyway room was big with separate hall between room and bathroom. Small elevator (you must have the patience to wait when it rises to the top) small reception and dining room in basement. I visited many hotels and this one is small but lovely. If you need SPA you can find healing treatments a few steps away but price for accommodation is very fair in Hotel Ontario.

if i could say something I didn't like it's a bit crowded at breakfast but just get up a little earlier and the breakfast room will be empty.

Big well equipped rooms, very comfortable and spacious. The property is located right at the edge of the town so it’s just a few minutes walk to the center down the hill or via the elevator if you don’t fancy the walk back up. On site parking is convenient if you’re coming by car and the property is easy to get to as it’s just outside of the traffic restriction zone. Also they have cheese cake for breakfast, that’s an immediate 10.

Can’t think of anything

The rooms are furnished with antique pieces, which are very well maintained. Everything is clean and fresh. The beds are comfortable and soft. There is a kettle and some complimentary tea in the room. The breakfast selection is good, although I wish there would be some vegan options like a plant based milk for the cereal. The location of the hotel is very central, you only need to walk down the hill to be directly in the town center. Being located on a hill, the view from the rooms is just wonderful. I have stayed in Ontario multiple times already and each time it was very satisfactory and all the staff was friendly.

Large suite was comfortable, clean and comfortable. Free Parking is just beside the building, which was convenient . We like to walk so location was convenient to restaurants

Whenever we stay in Karlovy Vary, we always hope to get a room at Hotel Ontario. The location is strategic, right above the city center. You can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the city. Cleaning is excellent, the location is very quiet and, for us that travel by car, parking is essential and Hotel Ontario offers it for free. Wow! This Hotel has three stars, but it's certainly at the level of a four stars one.

Great comfortable and spacious room. Suitable for leaving with children. There is an Android TV and YouTube available. Tasty varied breakfast. Baby cot was kindly provided.

The room is placed on the very top, one floor higher than the top floor of the elevator. So you will have to drag some waits by the stairs.
