Great staff, great location.

I liked everything, but I did not realize how difficult it was to find the way to the front of the hotel. Is a 1 way on each side of the river. And I just haven't been able to find which road to take. It takes another 3 or 4 km to go around to get to the other side of the road. And the navigation has never been able to take me there. Tried waze and google. I think they have only 9 places to park close to the hotel. 2 or 3 min to walk for 20 Euro a day. If you are driving make sure to reserve the parking place ahead of time.

Great and very helpful staff in the hotel - reception and spa center. The ladies were very nice and caring. The location is also very central. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean.

The drain in both our bathrooms was completely blocked. The spa center offers no quiet area. Best is to book a massage appointment in advance before your stay.

We stayed in a suite and we really liked it, the interior was very cosy and we had a huge bathtub and two sinks in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very generous with a large food variety, though the dinner was not that great. There's a nice little pool with a powerful massage jet, and a basic sauna and steam room, all exceptionally clean. Location is superb

Staff is friendly, but lack of english could lead to awkward moments occasionally.

we make the reservation the same day we arrived and the hotel welcomed us in a big spacious room in a characteristic Art Nouveau Building. The view from the room was delicious and the terrace work excellent during mid day when is completely blessed by the sunbeams. There was enough space for two person to work remotely for two days. Staff was kindly and friendly, with an excellent and delicious breakfast, quite above CZ standard.

Sauna and Wellness looks a bit too tight, and the steams room was not working during our stays

Very good location in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Clean hotel and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a great interior design style. A small spa area including sauna and pool is available.

The parking lots are a bit away from the hotel and on a street.

The staff was really friendly. The hotel and the spa facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained, the breakfast was quite good with a good choice, even pan cakes.

We had a room looking at the backyard and it was a bit dark, but the room itself was still quite nice!

Beautiful hotel with cosy rooms. All clean and taken care of. There is a nice and clean sauna and small swimming pool. The breakfast offers a big choice. Location perfect for walking around downtown.

There is no real parking possibility in the area. The pool and sauna could be open a bit longer. Coffee was not good. Our shower head was broken.

Great location, beautiful room, very polite staff. They were very accomodating after we've had an accident late at night. The furniture was so pretty and beds very comfortable.

There wasn't really anything for us to eat at breakfast as we are vegans. I think that in 2022 it's not that unheard of and is quite easy to cater to. I could only eat plain buns with jam while other guests were having pancakes and sausages and omelettes and cakes. I was hoping at least for a margarine or hummus.

Perfect location easily accessible at the heart of the colonnade (feels like the right middle ground to explore further up all the way to Vridlo and Hotel Pupp/funicular, but also down to Hotel Thermal area and downtown Vary centre), beautiful detailed interior throughout the hotel and rooms, ok breakfast, good pool and friendly staff. It really is worth having the room with the city view - the view of the colonnade from the rooms is stunning.

Shame about the pool only opening at 10am so no option to swim before breakfast and shame about sauna only being open between 4pm-8pm, it would be useful all day, especially as it’s quite small so gets full. The breakfast was tasty but for a four star hotel we would usually expect better than just self-service machine coffee and perhaps a bit more choice. However the hotel was overall very good and we would come again.
