The location was great, exactly at the city center! The breakfast was satisfactory and the overall cleanliness was very good!

Unfortunately, the staff at the reception desk did not speak English and if my partner was not Czech, I would have been totally unable to communicate with them. Furthermore, there was no parking space available and we had to pay for the basic spa facilities that were limited only to a pool and a sauna. The breakfast could have been bigger and also the staff (referring to those who could speak English) should have been more friendly and helpful.

Water bottles in room should be for free. Communication issues, took time. We were told that the thermal bath could only be used by doctors.

Location Dog friendly for 35€

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Half of the hotel was under renovation, and construction noise started early in the morning. Dog friendly for 35€/night but the didn’t give us even the plate… The parking was on the street, and people kept touching or checking our car, which made us feel uneasy. At reception, they initially refused to check us in, claiming there were no available rooms. However, once I made a reservation in front of them through the booking.com, they suddenly found a room and let us in. In the spa, there was an unpleasant staff member. The bathrobes provided had holes in them, and by the pool, there were only four loungers available for the entire hotel, which made relaxing nearly impossible. We also checked the breakfast and decided not to have it — the selection and quality didn’t look appealing at all.

They have a really nice location, spa is nice as well and the staff is trying their best to fulfill all you requests.

I reserved a parking spot which we didn’t get because staff forgot about our request. Later on we had to call a manager to help us out because the parking was full. After talking to the staff for hours we got our spot and later in 3-4 hours the reception called us to move our car. We were 1 hour from the hotel by walking and they wanted us to come back and move the car when we already had a drink. We were occupied in a small room and the windows weren’t sound proof. We couldn’t sleep properly because there was some machine cleaning the street in the morning and in the midnight they were playing loud music. I was more than disappointed with the stay because we were there 2 nights and the first one everything went perfect and the second one was just awful.
