Staff were very friendly and spoke various levels of English. Location was great. Facilities were good, especially the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Beds were comfortable and rooms were large. Water pressure of the shower was great. Breakfast was ok, not great but not bad either. Housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful.

Check-in! Took 25 mins to check-in the two couples before me. My own check-in was 10 minutes. It's not really a 4* hotel but rather a 3* hotel. I've stayed in 4* hotels and they're a much higher level than this but this one is not bad. Stay away from the dinner. It was an overpriced buffet with not a good selection at all. Better food at a lower price can be found in the restaurants around Karlovy Vary.

Everything was like described, long check out time -we could sleep longer.. just perfect. Nice room, clean, breakfast very rich, stuff very friendly. Spa and wellness: clean, warm, Massage top, Bad robes, towels for free in the Spa area ! Our stay was a dream, we will come for sure again.

Amazing people, especially administrator. A very lovely and positive place. Small but cozy pool and sauna. Hotel also left a complimentary gift in each room, with another complementary champagne/wine glass at the bar. Very lovely service. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel ws very well located, with quiet suroundings, yet close to the centre. That the hotel offers guests umbrellas if need be is a nice touch. The view at least from the higher floors of the hotel was nice. The building in which the hotel operates is stylish.

For better or worse, the hotel seems quite set on catering to Russian guests, which one feels in many details. The receptionists were perfectly friendly, but for example telling guests upon departure that they first have to take their belongings and leave the rooms, after which a "control" will be performed (minibar, but not only, it seems), is somehow not quite contemporary. Perhaps that indeed sums up the impressions of the hotel, there is something a bit "east block style" over it, even if the staff treat guests correctly.

Spa hotel, nice and great breakfast. Staff is helpful and hotel is really centrally located.

The sauna is really tiny as is hot tub. Pool is a bit bigger but also small. We expected a bit more spacious facilities.

As usual in Czech republic staff wasn't too helpful and they think every guest is from Germany. Also matresses were awful.

Super Cozy Hotel, and near the fountains. Food was amazing, bed amazing and staff super helpful. Exactly what we needed.

There should be information of the Spa treatments in english, since there were none.

The location and the breakfast. The hotel is located 100 m to the city center, on a lovely street. It is basically a 90% russian hotel, as most of the guests are russians, but still is nice. The breakfast is nice and the staff speaks english, german and of course russian. The pool is small, but ok, and the whirllpool (jacuzzi) is nice. The downpart is that the sauna is open just from 12 to 4 pm, so basically you can't use it.

The lack of parking spaces. You don't have a viabile parking space. You have to look around the property and it is very expensive. I had to leave it on the paid public parking spaces, but every 2 hours I had to return to buy a new ticket. The parking suggested at the hotel is about 2 km away, so too far away, and also very expensive (around 30 euro/day)
