The location was great, exactly at the city center! The breakfast was satisfactory and the overall cleanliness was very good!

Unfortunately, the staff at the reception desk did not speak English and if my partner was not Czech, I would have been totally unable to communicate with them. Furthermore, there was no parking space available and we had to pay for the basic spa facilities that were limited only to a pool and a sauna. The breakfast could have been bigger and also the staff (referring to those who could speak English) should have been more friendly and helpful.

the room is big, for the reception was very kindly and helpful, i faced problem in the restaurant with 1 worker have problem with Arab , the manger solve the problem immediately with apologies

there is no entering for disability people and stroller i hope they make it easier for those people

Helpdesk did not speak English Checking took 45 minutes They did not reply to emails prior to my arrival Room mentioned that it has view to the river where you could barely see it. Overall poor service for the price of the room

Large silent room with refridgerator. Friendly staff doing their best to communicate.

Water bottles in room should be for free. Communication issues, took time. We were told that the thermal bath could only be used by doctors.
