The location is fantastic for those seeking solace in nature and at the same time proximity to the promenade. The building is beautiful and spacious. The apartment is huge and very spacious, well equipped for a ling stay and clean. The bed linen was changed every 3 days and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, of the Richmond park hotel and the park with Tepla river flowing in front of the building, is breathtaking. Alexey, the owner was very attentive to our requests. The check-in and check- out processes were easily done online. We'd be happy to return.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the elevator isn't operational, though not mentioned in the apartment description. This might be a slight hindrance for aged people like my 77 years old parents. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is huge! It's also a short walk from downtown, and it has easy parking. There are plenty of dishes, and dishsoap and sponges. Although we didn't use it, there is a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. The apartment is an excellent value.

Towels aren't provided, and there is only a little bit of toilet paper, so make sure to bring your own.

The location is perfect, free parking is a great advantage for the area. Very nice place, warm room, floor heating in the bathroom. It was spacious, the kitchen was really nice. The building itself is good, very well isolated (warm and quiet).

The bed was a nightmare for my back. I think it is really old, I couldn't rest well on it. The cleaning was only once during our stay, they could do it more frequently.

Really spacious rooms, perhaps too big. Beds were comfortable, comfy couch in front of smart tv. Really big kitchen with washing machine (could be a dishwasher also). This apartment is suitable for long time living with a family. Heated floor in bathroom is great. It was warm and cosy.

Contrast shower.... Hot to cold changing every 2 seconds. It was not possible to adjust to normal temperature. The only way was to use bath instead of shower. Also the silicone around the bath was all in black mold (fungus). Kitchen has signs of wear (doors and some other elements were damaged, the supports for the doors were not working). The price for the dog was 16€ for 2 nights was paid on site.

Huge, beautifully furnished apartments, all necessary facilities, large balcony.

We ordered apartments with air conditioning, but even though it was close to +30° on the first day, they didn't leave us the remote control and said they would "fix it" the next day, but the next day they didn't "fix it". They wrote that they don't have rooms with air conditioning.

The place is just amazing! The rooms are huge, the kitchen is perfectly fitted with all the amenities, the view from the balconies to the park and the river is absolutely relaxing. Actually, not just the kitchen - every part of the apartment was fully equipped with everything we could think about. Definitely recommend for a family vacation!

Huge apartment, surrounded by a lovely park. 10 min walk to the center of Karlovy vary. The apartment has everything you need to spend unforgettable time with your family or friends.

We were met at the door but prior to arrival we did not know what to expect. That should be made clear at the time of booking.

Apartment is really spacious, clean and has really good location - it is quiet there and also closed to the city. Parking is in front of the apartment.

Beds - there were really uncomfortable.
