The food at the restaurant is amazing, and the staff there is excellent! The spa center is very nice with a swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a few other small but nice features. The location is 10/10. We had the street view and slept with open windows, it was very quiet.

There was no cleaning service throughout our stay. On our third day we asked to pick up trash and change towels, and the receptionist was surprised that nobody was cleaning our room daily. It should not be a mystery for staff to figure out what rooms need cleaning. I would also add second pillows on the beds, it was uncomfortable to read in bed with 1 small pillow.

Everything was really nice. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room could have had a bit more light options. The breakfast was really tasty, and location could not be better.

I did not like the massage therapist. It did not feel like a relaxation moment.

I booked our room and requested for the 2 single beds to be replaced with 1 double bed in the room. They responded and agreed, only for us to get there and discover that they don’t have 1 Double bed in any of the rooms. I was disappointed because they should have been honest with their response to me, that they don’t have double beds. Asides that, every other thing is cool and nice👍

Location was really central 👣close proximity to main attractions, Hotel is very clean, friendliness 👌 of spa staff, swimming pool and spa, sauna excelent 👍 as we have traveled with children age 5 and 8 we have enjoyed so many special activities such as horse carriage, Town Train, Butterfly 🦋 house, lift Diana near hotel Pupp, tower and the forest, nice cafés around, hot mineral water springs, highly recommend. Nice views from the restaurant also bonus roof patio on the 3th level where you can relax during your sunny days 🌞

Lack of breakfast choice, cakes dry, not many fruits just apples 🍏🍏. Pate will be nice, soft cheese, spread, jam not just one but at least two to choose from, strawberries or water melon.... or baked beans just some suggestions. Friendly restaurant staff who is willing to help.

the location is perfect right in the center (but put in mind it is up a very small hill) It was quiet with great soundproofing, even two doors inside the room for extra soundproofing. Rooms are spacious (bathrooms bit small) but try to score the room with the bathtub facing the church, it was beautiful. Shoutout to Andreij, the kind and welcoming receptionist, he did his best to accommodate us perfectly🌹

I liked everything, Swimming pool, 2 saunas, everything is clean, beautiful. We had a large room with a beautiful view of the church. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, everything was enough, everything is clean, comfortable, very beautiful room. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff.
