Great location! The room was really nice and comfy! The hotel also had breakfast which was really nice.

Lack of reception at night was a little different from what I was used to, but everything was still really clear on where to get your keys. Floors could have been a little better cleaned, but overall the place was in great shape.

Everything was clean, room was spacious very fancy looking, you can regulate hitting, so it’s not cold. Everything in the room worked, WiFi was also good. Breakfast was also quite nice, not too big, but I would call it standard breakfast with different bread, some bakery, different cheese and ham and salami, boiled eggs, beans, sausages, tea, coffee, cereals, juice. Location is just in the old city center, so it was perfect.

Before checking in, 2-3 days before our stay I was notified , that hotel didn’t receive our payment even so I could see in my bank account that I did pay, unfortunately on hotel number written in Booking they didn’t want to speak with me on English, so I called to a number on there website, where friendly lady spoke with me English and tried to help me. The day before our stay the problem wasn’t solved yet, so I had to connect with booking customer help, shortly after they called hotel staff, they confirmed me, that everything is good and our reservation would not be cancelled.

Hotel located in the old town in a building over 100 years old with a very old style elevator. Self check-in, reception open only in the morning, later contact by phone - if necessary. Possibility to reserve a parking lot which is located in the street at the back of the building. Quiet, peaceful and clean. Good breakfast. Room and bathroom spacious, beds comfortable (for me too big pillow)

Hotel Heluan is an old style buidling, like many buidlings in Karlovy Vary are. It is very practically located, near the Colonade area and mineral water springs. It takes only a few minutes to reach city center. We were lucky enough to get a room with balcony and city view. Breakfast was pretty good but not so great. The system of check-in and key pick-up is very nicely set-up. The room was very big and nicely decorated.

Access by personal car to the hotel is pretty complicated because the street is protected by safety bollyards and you have to call in order to get access to the front of the hotel in order to unload/load your luggage. The manager of the hotel is a nice person but he has very limited knowledge of English which makes communication with him difficult.

Room was spacious with elegant decor, featuring chandeliers that add a luxurious feel and big windows offering stunning views of city center. Parking was convenient, staff friendly and courteous, and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast available too. Definitely a stay worth recommending!

The hotel is simple but nice and clean, our room was light and spacious. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the most beautiful part of town. Breakfast is surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel.

In their listing, they promised that they would arrange parking for us in a nearby parking lot, but they didn't arrange one and there was no parking lot nearby. The one they mentioned in their email as being the nearest was on the top of a hill, while the hotel is in the flat part of town. We had to take a taxi to get there and couldn't really use our car during our stay because of this. A parking lot is being built next door but that's not much help if you are travelling soon.

The room is very spacious and quite tastefully furnished. The breakfast was sufficient and regularly replenished. The location of the hotel is right in the city center and the hotel is in a beautiful historical building.

We stayed two nights and there was no room cleaning during our stay. But that might be a standard in Czech 3 star hotels, I am not sure. The bathroom has seen better days; I've counted five different styles of tiles in the bathroom and there is no place where to store your toiletries. We stayed in the hotel during the Film Festival, which is a high season week, so the prices were double in comparison to any other week of the year.

the included breakfast is INCREDIBLE. We were the only one around and the staff gave us so much food. A plate of assorted ham, a plate of assorted cheese, fruit cake, juice, yogurt, different bread, and cooked some scrambled eggs and sausage for us.... and all these served on our table! We only need to make our own cappuccino from the machine.

Most other things are fine. need to replace some bulbs in the chandelier in the smaller room though.

Breakfast is great for this value of hotel. Beds are hard but were very suitable for us. Bathroom was huge. Elevator from hitler age very cute old style. We walked from bus station 20 mins to reach the hotel. It was a pleasant walk. Not complaining at all.

The attic room is not set to be dark. Light comes from early morning

It made my stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free. The breakfast at Hotel Heluan was a real treat. The spread was not diverse but really delicious. The architecture of Hotel Heluan is simply stunning. The historic building exudes charm and character, and it's clear that great care has been taken to preserve its architectural beauty.
