+A perfect big bed in a single room. High-quality snow-white linen, towels, robe. I arrived in the evening and therefore a good pressure of hot water was important to me and this is also a plus. Few hotels have air conditioners in the rooms. New air conditioner for heat and cold!! Excellent breakfasts with a veranda for smokers. Wonderful chef Nikolay himself monitors the variety and replenishment of products for breakfast. Good coffee! Taxi brings ме near the door of the hotel. I liked everything very much.

The breakfast was really exceed my expectation. There were many varieties for breakfast, all of them were very fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also great, it is very close to center.

Very friendly. Service is really good. I forgot something in the safe. They called me and nothing was lost, when I pocket it up. Never met such a trustful hotel.

Nothing, everything amazing.

The hotel is well situated, close to many restaurants and shops. My room was very comfortable, and of a good size. Breakfast was decent, it was buffet style with the variety you would expect from a small hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. As a note, the hotel is located close to the main street area, albeit up a slight hill with controlled traffic. I walked to the hotel from the train station and was met with a surprise set of steps, it might be easier for those with more luggage or mobility issues to have a car/taxi bring you.

The location of the hotel was excellent. There is a short but steep hill from the main thoroughfare but it can be avoided by using the lift from the kollonade. The rooms were clean and comfortable and reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was varied and abundant with both hot and cold dishes. These changed slightly every day. The homemade bread was delicious.

Difficult to find something I did not like but as an older person I would have wished for a "grab bar" in the shower.

Very nice rooms with modern design. Breakfast is really good and you can ask for a cappuccino or any other coffee. Hotel is located close to the old town which is convenient. Kettle in every room which is not a standard. English speaking personel keen to help.

Wifi not working in rooms located far from the elevator (issue was mentioned to the reception but it wasn't fixed). Very limited amount of English speaking channels on tv. Parking space is approx. 10 minutes walk uphill

Parking is like 700m far away and it takes like 20 minutes to get there by foot. No other option is available.

Parking located 500 m away from the hotel , but it is a minor disadvantage as staff take care and put cars to a parking lot The hotel is after complete renovation, sauna, fitness have been not available yet. Shall be available soon.

The location was great, in the heart of the city, only a couple minutes uphill from the main promenade. The staff was very friendly and the hotel manager made an effort to talk to us to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is very new, about one year.

This is just a suggestion - there could be a stool/bench in the bathroom. The bathroom was large, but there was no place to put your clothes, etc, while showering. Also, the shower could have a place to put your toiletries - there was no place to put your soap or anything, you had to put it on the floor. There was shower gel attached to the wall, but I prefer to use my own toiletries.
