Great location. Very convenient access by car. A pleasant surprise - a parking space has already been reserved in your name. The parking is located right in the hotel courtyard. You should be prepared to walk 50 meters with your luggage to the entrance of the hotel. There is also no elevator and you will have to go up the stairs to your room. This is essentially a boutique hotel. Everything inside is very nice and tastefully decorated. Nice, polite and helpful staff. Our room exceeded our expectations. Thank you all. Special thanks to Mrs. Romana. Very good breakfast. All the famous sights are easy to reach on foot. We managed to see everything we planned in one day. True, we had to walk almost 22 kilometers. We had a good rest and we liked everything.

The hotel is in a central location, ideal for exploring the town on foot. The staff was friendly and attentive, both at the front desk and at breakfast. Breakfast was varied and ample, at a comfortable dining room. The whole hotel had a nostalgic vibe - traditional (well made, sturdy, somewhat worn) furniture and carpets, narrow passageways. It worked great for a medieval town like Kutna Hora. I'd absolutely stay here agan should I ever return.

I had an attic room with its particularities - I often bumped my head into stuff. Parking was tricky, because some other inconsiderate guest took my reserved spot. The staff's solution for me was just to park at another place, even though I paid for the reservation. I had the impression that the guest was a regular or problematic, they didn't want trouble by asking him to move his big black SUV, it was easier to make me move instead.

-They didn't refill the shampoo and shower gel before our stay. I was taking a shower and ran out of product in the middle of washing my hair. My husband had to go ask for a refill at the reception. If I had been alone, it would have been a problem. -Not the hotel's fault, but we had a very loud neighbor who we could hear from time to time early in the morning

The ladies at reception were wonderful. Parking is behind the building and you actually have a sign on your spot. Dont forget to book it as there are limited spots. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom (room 1) looked very new and is quite large. Bed is big and very comfortable, great nights sleep. It is very close to the old market square and from there you can explore or eat in that area. It was quite a hot day 34c and the room had no A/C, but there was a fan in the room and it was all that was needed. Breakfast is a really big spread and all so good!

Parking is not easy to locate when you arrive. It is actually around the back of the building on the side that has the bar/ restauarant on the corner. I just pulled up and went in side and asked and it took less than a minute to be shown. There are about 10 steps to reception, so keep that in mind if you have a heavy bag. We were on that level but there could be another above?

Location was excellent. Close to the city train station and everything was pretty much a few steps away. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, with bread and sausages of much variety which gave us a taste of life of the locals. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Our room was on the top floor and there was no lift so we had to move all our luggage up by ourselves. The rooms were rather small and a bit stuffy since we were asked not to open the ceiling windows as there may be rain (thank goodness for the air conditioning). Otherwise we had a great experience!

The location was very convenient, all of the receptionists were extremely helpful and considerate, eager to assist with any inquiry. I must say that all of the staff (those whom I met) were very passionate about their jobs which positively surprised me. The whole stay is probably influenced by their work ethics and behaviour. Also the room was clean and cosy. Beautiful bathroom. Quiet area.

There was nothing to complain.

Helpful staff, great price and value for money, super location, good buffet breakfast, huge family room with table/chairs and 2 comfortable beds, many electrical outlets, laundry service, air conditioning, fantastic shower! The staff even provided an extra standing fan for us and helped us bring things upstairs, gave super restaurant suggestions, etc.

There are only stairs up to the 3rd floor: the building has no elevator. Air conditioning was a little sluggish at first, but it worked. Laundry service soap had a lot of perfume and clothes were still humid when we got them back (and we got a random sock instead of one of our own but this happens at home too with the dryer gnomes). Clothes were really clean, well folded, and the service was super fast (we were leaving town that afternoon, and they did 2 big loads for us that morning, which kind of explained the humidity).

Very pleasant personnel, helped us to take breakfast to the room when we were not feeling well. The room was really large. Kettle, tea and coffee available. Fridge/minibar on the room. Breakfast was excellent.

There was no soap for the bathroom sink and shower corner. Had to use shower gel from the bath tub. Unfortunately it was quite noisy at the moment of our stay (which probably was caused by other guests not respecting the night time).

The hotel was very attractive and beautifully furnished. The service we received, without exception, was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. We only stayed for one night, but we should have very much liked to have stayed longer

The hotel does not have a lift, which could be a problem for some people, although it caused us no inconvenience.

Great location just a few steps away from the main square as well as the train station, clean rooms, helpful staff, and clean facilities.

My room was looking st the street on the ground floor and therefore it was a little noisy, which might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.
