This is a wonderfully appointed little apartment, and considering the price and location, it's hard to beat. Access, while contactless, is seamless. It is clean, modern, and stylish.

The entry touchpads can be a little finicky, until you get used to them. Parts of the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which is obviously more on guests than the proprietor, and I imagine that smell is hard to get rid of 😕 I liked that they provide three types of tea to choose from, but I'm a coffee drinker... The room is arranged in such a way that neither bed has a headboard or allows for sitting up, which is a little annoying, but not terrible. Lastly, while there is a hotplate to cook on, there's nothing to cook with—no pots or pans 😕

It's Czech, come on, could leave at least couple of beers in the fridge as a welcome gift :) Too much communication - we received like 8 emails+sms + Booking.com messages that caused even more emails - all of them about the same. Single communication channel would be enough. Electronic check in process at the property website didn't allow to enter parents emails/phones for kids, annoying.

in general, the property is well kept and maintained.

couple of things are adding up to a lacklustre experience: 1. no direct elevator and three different stairwells to pass through until you finally reach an elevator are daunting. especially when you carry suitcases. 2. no instructions concerning reaching the entrance to building parking lot. google maps drives you to.main entrance, not parking lot. 3. cleaning should be done more throughly. we have found previous tenants items under the beds. 4. kitchenette is great, but in order to be fully able to use it - some very basic items are missing. like salt for example...

The flat is comfortable, spacious, nice-looking and quiet. Beds are comfy. The decorations are minimalistic which is great when you have a toddler running around.

It wasn't clean under furniture, the kettle was very old and slow. There is well equipped kitchen, but dishes for cooking are only available at an extra fee (twice as expensive as parking!). A high chair would be helpful.

It was kind of awkward finding out where the entrance to this massive building was, and the no-staff-check in was also kind of awkward, but the room was very comfortable, massive space, big bathroom, equipped kitchen, everything we could wish for. The lights of the kitchendevices were kind of bright, trying to fall asleep.

Neat and clean; we stayed one night but there was enough set up for staying longer like a proper flat with oven, microwave & kettle.

Floor was cheap material like vinyl; kettle had tick layer of calcium stone and worst for us was the entrance experience: it was hard to find the parking & the entrance code & directions to room. We are not used to no human interaction accommodation yet.

The location of the Residence is nice. The size and cleaniness of the apartment is really great. The living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were large in size and very clean. The beds were comfortable.

There were only a small roof window each in the bedroom and the living room. So if you'd spent time during the day in the apartment, you wouldn't see much daylight.

Very spacious. Even better than advertised. Intuitive self check-in procedure. The owner agreed to reduce the deposit, which initially was crazy high in comparison with the price of the stay.

Excellent property and rooms, really liked the interiors.

Was bit difficult to find address for me (new comers), no sign borads, but was easy to connect over call to property to sort out.
