The hotel is a fascinating piece of history that has been lovingly restored, and the result is that it is beautiful inside and out. The room we had 307 was really big and spacious, yet the soundproofing was really good as there was no echoing, etc. The bathroom was nicely decorated and almost had a spa quality feel to it. The tour is really interesting and I would highly recommend it due to the history of this chateau and its surrounding areas. We didn't have time to play the Arcana Castle game, but we saw people doing it, and it looked so much fun that we are going to come back next year to try. The surrounding gardens are beautiful and tranquil, and we enjoyed sitting in them and watching the birds and butterflies. I believe this is a great area for cycling and hiking. However, I can not confirm as we only stayed one night.

The place is magical, the old casle building became a fine hotel. The room very large (we had a family unit 301), good beds, nice furniture and style. Really quyet. The small garden outside the wall is beautiful, outstanding views, we also enjoyed the ping-pong table there, and reseved the beer-spa (highly recommended!). Very good restaurant across the street, with great beer and food. The reception staff is helpful, smiling, allowed us extra time at check-out that was needed. And special thanks to Mirka, the hostess at the breakfast buffet, who let us feel like at home.

Small things that felt missing: no mirror in the bedroom in family suite, no waste bins, and there is no stand-in shower in room 301, lucky we are not taller.

The place was beyond our expectations. The location and design of the building and rooms is very unique and comfortable for staying as a big family with kids The service and staff were very pleasant and helpful

This is a special place, a hotel in an old castle building. The apartments are spacious. The breakfast is very good. The beer SPA is worth to try. The brewery restaurant has great food and good prices.

Although not in Turnov, it is only 10 minutes drive away. Not far and very convenient to get to places (Bohemian Paradise). The room is very new and comfortable. And plus there is a restaurant just across the street. Which seems to be the only restaurant in that little town.

Breakfast was just not on par with the hotel. For such a great accommodation, breakfast could be a little bit better.

The hotel is located in an unique building with gardens all around. The room was huge, tidy and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine too. There is a good restaurant just across the street which we liked . We had no parking problems there. Hope to be back soon.

Very clean and spacious room. Stunning view from window. Comfortable bed. Superb bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice castle garden. The restaurant across the road is excellent. Svijany beer is one of the best Chezh beers. Absolutely recommended.

Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast great. Beer bath was an excellent experience (at extra cost, of course).

The only thing was that I can remember is the parking. As the parking lot is available for everyone, it can get full easily and you as a hotel guest don't have a place to park.

Perfect location for a rural family wedding. Ideal accommodation. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Would love to go back and explore the area.

As guest not able to visit castle unless you pay full price. Beer for guest in the lounge was more expensive then in the shop accross the street.
