Very friendly reception giving advice on walks, decent choice at breakfast, regularly replenished. Hotel located near the walking trail into Mala Skala area but quite a distance from the train station (about half an hour walk). We were allowed to get a room in the morning when we arrived rather than waiting for the regular check in time which was great!

Room quite small, basic and could do with an update. Good shower, though.

The staff was polite, the room was very clean and cozy, and the shower had warm water :) The breakfast was varied and delicious. On the ground floor, there is a vending machine where you can buy essentials like hygiene products, water, and snacks.

It was a bit noisy at night - apparently some guests were having a party.

Very nice hotel room with ceiling fan and extra plug-in fan. Nice swimming pool and self-service bar. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety.

We checked quite late (18.00) and our room was completely heated by the sunlight. Took a while to cool it down. Refrigerator was broken.

This is an excellent location from which to explore the beautiful Czech countryside. Great people, services, and the possibility to learn about the 1000 year history of the Czech nation.

We enjoyed the swimming pool - after a long hiking day, it was a delight to be able to immerse in the cool water. The hotel is located in the very center, close to several restaurants

There was no kettle in the room

Excellent location. Wonderful hotel very attentive staff. I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel very much. I‘m vegan and the hotel provided different delicious vegan dish each morning. Also staff was very helpful with advise for optional hiking trails in the area.

Sauna je privatna za 900kc. Co nie je problem, len je fajn to viest dopredu, vacsina hotelov to ma v cene tak mozno ludi nenapadne, ze tu je to private a za poplatok.

- smooth/quick check-in without any reception hassle - comfortable room/bed with sufficient space including private shower n clean toilet - nice city view - kettle was arranged on request -free private parking place - excellent breakfast -smiley staff in the restaurant - quickly replied via booking.com channel

- if keep window open, then noise were enough sometimes from the backyard, but with closed window, it was fine. - no interaction with reception staffs, would like to have some enquiries but not found any staff behind the reception desk

The pool was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Self service bar - very good!

The noise from the street was awful. The pillows were too soft. The breakfast was poor, small asortiment.
