The room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good even though it wasn’t that big, and the staff was really friendly and helpful with any problems.

If you have a bigger car I would recommend parking somewhere else. The garage said the height was up to 1,9 m, however some spots are smaller and we ended up hitting a pipe. We also had to park on a time limited spot since the only free spot had a vent about 10cm down making it to short for us.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was super nice, I loved that the hotel is only from 5th floor so regardless where you are, you have a nice view. The breakfast was great too. And I love that this place is dog friendly. Also location is great - you’re just a short distance all from everything. Catch the tram 3 to Horni Hanychov to go on Ješted hike. Tram stop is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and will take you straight to bottom of hill. Amazing spot for hikers and nature lovers. Would def come back and stay here again if passing through Liberec.

The hotel is very centrally located, next to the main bus/tram station. It is on the top floor of a business centre, which was a bit unusual at first. The rooms are large and comfortable. Our room also had a large terrace. Internet worked well. Breakfast is rich and is served on a glassed-in terrace. In the afternoon, the hosts serve compliments - coffee, prosecco and small finger food (sweet and non-sweet). The hosts are very nice and helpful and do their best to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely come back.

The check in was very friendly and efficient. We had booked a room with SPA, but the upgrade had not been registered from Booking, Anyway everything was clarified with a smile and we even received the upgrade without extra costs.. Welcome drinks and small tapas were offered for free!! Room was very nice with a comfortable bathtub. We also had a terrace with some view. Breakfast on the terrace was brilliant and sufficient. Staff was always very friendly and service minded. Own parking in the basement with additional costs, but very practical. Central, perfect location.

The chocolate on the table was old, but who could notice? No big deal..... There are some construction works going on making some noise early in the morning, but this is something we considered as part of progress.

Very nice room with a big bathroom and with a nice terrace. Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. There is a refrigerator, a coffee machine and.also an electric kettle. We appreciate the self check in/out very much: easy and quick and no problems with the time of arrival or departure.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub, which was really nice as we were there for a ski weekend, and it was very much needed after a day on the hills! The room was quite large, and had everything you could possibly want in a hotel stay. From a comfy bed, to bath robes, mugs for coffee and tea, multiple drinking glasses, wine opener...it was very convenient! Though we didn't really make use of it, the TV has hundreds of channels to choose from as well. The location itself is walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in Liberec, as well as multiple grocery stores and a mall across the street. There is an indoor parking lot you can pay extra for as well. As it is built on the top two floors of an office building, it is quiet on weekends which was also nice. It is also quite convenient if you are in Liberec for skiing, as it is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the city. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was the included breakfast. For a hotel breakfast it had a good variety of options, including a station you could make your own waffles. And despite being from a machine, the coffee was actually very good. It is also convenient that they start breakfast at 7am on weekends (I believe it may even be earlier on week days), so we were always able to get a meal in before heading to the ski hill each day. Overall a fantastic stay!

The only minor difficulty we had was at the automated check in desk, as after filling out the details (to be fair, they do message you in advance of your stay to complete this online to save time), we could not locate our room number on any of the screens. Fortunately I downloaded the concierge app it advised of so I could use my phone as a key, and it was listed in the settings there. Again, a very minor issue.

We loved the terrace and the level of privacy provided. We've also quite enjoyed the helpfulness and kindness of staff, those ladies made us feel at home there. The location is amazing, everything we wanted to visit was nearby which we valued greatly thanks to the summer sun.

The only issues we've come across would be the lack of DVD lending service since we didn't bring a laptop and the softness of our bed which made certain activities rather challenging to enjoy properly.

The location is superb. Right in the city center. Breakfast is very nice. Sitting on the terrace is great. The bed is very comfy and also you get three pillows which is great selection. We had a room with whirlpool bath....niiiiice.

The tapas at the lobby bar... for the future, make it properlly or do not rather make it at all..... this is not spanish tapas that I was expecting. Do not buy this offer from Slevomat. It does not worth the money. You better go to Pytloun web site directlly.

The hotel is located in the center of Liberec, on the top floor of an office building, which is no problem. We did not meet any staff, because everything was completely automatic. We spent one night here and were satisfied with everything, parking was also easy in the hotel's garage. The room was nice and clean.

The staff were polite, especially the short blonde girl at breakfast. She was always smiling. The hotel offers self check-in, which is very easy to use, and you receive all the instructions via email before your arrival. We had a room with a private terrace, which we really appreciated. The room was a bit small, but as we only needed the bed and bathroom, we were satisfied.

They didn’t restock our minibar.
