Fantastic location in a really beautiful and classic building. Absolutely loved riding in the old lift! The cafe on the ground floor had excellent coffee. 24 hr reception. Staff very helpful, I asked for an extra pillow late at night and the receptionist found one for me.

Room was absolutely basic. Old furniture, narrow single beds. Had to climb under the table to unplug a lamp to charge my phone. No hairdrier, no kettle, no fridge. Admittedly I booked the cheapest room, perhaps the more expensive rooms would be more comfortable.

This is THE hotel to stay in Liberec; central location, can't be closer to all the attractive spots, basically you stay INSIDE one of them. Hotel has marvellous decor, even if a bit shabby at places it has a lot of unique charm. There's even ancient elevator and it WORKS! Also, breakfast overlooking the central square and magnificent city hall is unforgettable experience. Modern amenities are all fine, including parking and fast wifi. Overall, highly recommended.

I think the decor lacks a bit of finesse; looks like it was renovated by people with not the highest skill. Also, bathroom was clean, but small, cramped and with very cheap equipment. If you look for luxury, that's not it. Also, I was hearing people talking in the room next door, which was annoying, they weren't even particularly loud.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, ensuring that all I wanted/needed was provided. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the safe. Location is excellent The breakfast had a wide range of different foods, well presented and fresh. I love the atmosphere and architecture of the hotel: the Art Deco is fabulous, as is the original (?) lift. The new wing rooms have been tastefully and well designed. (I have stayed in both sections).

These are not complaints but:- If the room's minibar had been full I would probably have used it. The hot breakfast food was a bit limited at the time that I ate, but the staff were eager to help.

My family had a fantastic experience at Hotel Praha Liberec. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wonderful selection of tasty options to start the day right. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's ideal location in the city center made it convenient to access all the attractions and amenities Liberec has to offer. Overall, my stay was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend Hotel Praha Liberec for anyone visiting the area.

Great location - from our window almost the view in town hall. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. We had older type room but there is also new, better rooms. Liked a lot this old times atmosphere. Hotel is very friendly for dogs - we have taken our dog to hotel.

It was super hot. We knew we are taking older room so we should not expect to have AC but at least would be nice if hotel can garantue fan (at least small one) during hot summer days. We bought one in shopping mall so we have survived. And we are grateful that we got room with the windows to North. Few other things - noise from street - but again, we knew it will be like that because we are in the city center. And also there is no fridge or electric kettle but we knew about it. So despite mentioned “bad” things we still liked our staying in here.

This hotel still has the charme of the soviet aera. That also means not everything is brand new there. I stayed there last summer for one night and chose the same hotel again for one night this summer. It is always my one night break when driving from/to Vienna and Hamburg or Berlin. The location is perfect. From my room (suite) I had a perfect view over the central square. And recently an indian restaurant opend just 100 m away and you get decent indian food there. The hotel is not "hip" or "boutique", but has this old czech flair that I like. The old elevator is gorgeous. They have also a new one now...polished stainless steel. Not so much my taste. The coffee in the café is really good. And my room had a large bath tub that I enjoyed as well.

If the hotels parking lot is full, the hotel has no convenient alternatives. And to book a parking ticket in the nearby car park online is a mess. And you get 3 hours maximum. So, the ticket is only valid until 11 a.m. next morning. They should have a deal with the city to buy a day ticket or so. The furniture in the room was antique. In principle very nice, but arranged in a kind of careless, not very esthaetic way. A little more attention would make it really great. But currently it looks a bit like a second hand funiture storage. Te English of the counter staff could be improved.

The location is perfect. Right in the city center at the town square. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The suite I had was spacious and the bedding was very nice. If you want to see Liberec without any hassle, this is the place you want to stay. Everything in town is within walking distance and you'll never get tired of the view!

Perfect location, probably the best located hotel in Liberec. Right on the market square overlooking the heart of the beautiful city. What I loved about this stay was the extremely comfortable bed, spacious room, modern and clean bathroom as well as the pleasant vintage art deco/art noveau decor. The staff was really kind and helpful too.

Very few power outlets in the room, but not a big deal given the 19th century construction.

Classic art deco style hotel with lots of original details including an old elevator (there is a new, bigger elevator as well). Fantastic location smack in the middle of Liberec old town by the main square overlooking the court-house. Very affordable secure parking to the back of the hotel. They have started renovating the rooms and the triple room was brand new incl a balcony, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

The double room was worn and had a very hard and creaking bed. The hotel breakfast was poor, we ate at a cafe instead the second morning.

Lovely Art Nouveau hotel on main square, about 20 minutes walk from station. Great welcome, and offer to book buffet breakfast which we enjoyed overlooking the Square. Original lift was fun, if a bit small for two people with bags. Rm 78 on 3rd floor nicely located on corner in side street, windows on two sides. Bathroom had been recently refurbished, room otherwise a bit tired, ragged carpet, uncomfortable mattress (you could feel the springs). Visited at a quiet time so felt we had the place to ourselves, we were alone in the restaurant for breakfast. Had good meal out in restaurant under the city hall. Overall the hotel was good value to stay in an iconic building, and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Room a bit tatty, uncomfortable mattress
