All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location was ok for us, about ten minutes on a tram to the town centre and walking distance to the foot of the Ještěd mountain.

Location perfect for hiking, with restaurant in the house. Tram stop is just few minutes away and also runs often. Room was clean, no kettle/coffee/tea, receptionist kind.

Great location for skiing, tram stop very close. Nice room with comfy bed. Ee cane with a dog and no problem. Also we had late check out with no additional fee, lovely.

Relatively new and bright hotel with good restaurant. Rooms are wellsized with private bathrooms. Breakfast selection was good and location convenient half-way between the city and the mountains/ski slope with a tram stop right next to the hotel

very bright white lights in restaurant, especially for breakfast - doesnt create a comfy atmosphere. Space for kids to play. Room was overheated

Nice view to the jested. Friendly staff. Wifi worked quite good. Easy to get to the city center with tram 3. Cheap.

No international tv channels. Breakfest variety could be richer.

view from the window on Ještěd

The view from my room was good. On walking a bit upwards on the road, one finds a lot of greenery and a beautiful view of the hills etc. Thank God they had a restaurant for one's meals, otherwise there weren't any places/ cafes/ restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant gradually improved, by day 3 n 4. were warmer, smiling, eager to help and spoke English.

I was too disturbed the day of my arrival at the hotel. The staff at the reception and the restaurant didn't know English, they were cold, non smiling, very stiff!!! There wasn't tea/ coffee provision in the room. And they charged even for tap water in the restaurant even when I was a guest at the hotel. Their tea was expensive, again, even for the guests who were staying there. Since my room was on their main road, there was a lot of traffic noise.
