Great hotel in the city centre. Great breakfast, parking at own terrain for good price, great staff. Very nice restaurants nearby.

Hotel reception were all younger people who were very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions especially about how to travel back to the bus stop we needed as we were leaving the next day early with luggage! The giant pillows were very comfortable and made up for how horribly hard and uncomfortable the beds (2 twins) were! Location was good and centralized to what we wanted to see and explore. Additionally, it is conveniently located to the tram and bus lines which made it easy for us to meet our bus early the next day as we needed to leave on the Flixbus leaving from the Fürguenova bus stop to Prague. *Side note: Wr HIGHLY recommend taking the Flixbus over the train if you’re traveling long distance to a short distances spot. It’s CHEAP and it’s a great way to see the scenery outside of the city. Kitchen/breakfast staff were also super friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet spread was AMAZING! Everything you could possibly want AND all fresh. A couple of guests specifically wanted something else (fried eggs maybe??) so the cook made them for them so, apparently if you don’t want any of the deliciously prepared food in the buffet, you can special order?!

The beds were the HARDEST I’d ever slept in besides the bunks from my cherished years spent away at summer camp 😂. The tub was SUPER slippery fiberglass and pretty high sided so stepping in and out of it was a bit dicey for my elderly mom. Water pressure was great but having to hand hold the shower head was necessary because it kept falling out of its holder. Street light light shone bright all night which could be seen through the curtain.

The hotel is located in the best place - near the famous Town Hall. We had a spacious sunny room and parking in the courtyard.

The room was a bit old-fashioned (keys included), there were not enough hooks in the bathroomю. The sockets at the table were behind the table, so you had to squat down and plug in the device without seeing the socket. However, these are minor points compared to the hotel's advantages.

Location: direct to the town. 10€ for car parking/ per night. 10€ for Buffet Breakfast Prompt response from reception and they speak good english and I think this is still important. Also nice breakfast with English speaking employee.

We had room with balcony. Room was big with a nice sofa. We enjoyed our two days stay very much. Breakfast good, clean room, plenty of space. Everything worked perfect. Excellent hotel!

The matres was a bit too hard. Because the hotel is placed very central there is some noise if you have windows open during the night. It would be great with a fan during warm weather so that you do not need to have an open window. We had no problems by that since it was not that hot and the room is very big.

Good communication on chat and fast response from the reception desk upfront arrival. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and local baked cakes. Perfectly located in the historic city centre, parking spots are limited, however I was informed about this. Was no prob for me. Reception desk staff speaks English.

Definitely worth the 4 stars, a high standard hotel, friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, great breakfast (portions and choice), excellent location.

Two minor things - the smell of the air freshener was a bit too strong when I came into the room for the first time. Also, the bed was very high (both frame and mattress), I can imagine that falling out could really hurt - it didn't happen to me, luckily.

Great location, really friendly staff, comfortable, relatively quiet as located on street with no car traffic.

With windows open you could hear people in the street talking or shouting in the night, but not too bad.

Nice small hotel in the centre of Liberec. Got a nice and clean room

I will never book a hotel close to the market in Liberec again. Even on Sunday, they started around 5 am to work on the stalls.

The front foot girls at the reception are great , friendly and helpful . They made me feel at home . Thank to all . The hotel has a nice atmosphere close to everything in beautiful Wrocław.
