There's fresh water and ice in the hallways. It's in a great spot, just a two-minute walk from the terminal, with clear directions to and from the hotel. The elevators are fast and there are plenty of them. The room was spotless, with no stains or dust on the glasses or water cooker. The bed linen was really comfortable and there were plenty of pillows so you could sit or sleep comfotably. The air conditioning was really effective and could be easily adjusted with just a few button presses. However, there was no indication of the actual temperature. Overall. Worth It!

The hallway is pretty noicy during the night. You can hear guests leaving their hotel rooms. Unfortunately, the staff weren't very helpful when we tried to check in and out. They seemed to be busy with their computers. The bathroom didn't have a button to turn on the ventilation, which made it unpleasant to shower or use the facilities after each other.

The location near car dealerships in the same building in an internal passageway located next door to the front door of the hotel was very convenient. We received a quiet room at our request, such a room faces an internal patio, and it had everything needed for a one-night stay. - to pick up a car in the morning after a late flight or to leave for an early flight. It's nice to have a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel lobby, a kettle for coffee and tea in the room, and a small waterbar to refill filtered water on one of the floors. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from, and we did not have time to enjoy additional services. Thanks to the team that took care of everything. We would love to return in the future.

Everything was fine in a modern and comfortable hotel at the airport

excellent breakfast, excellent location for whoever lands late and need a place to stay the night. For families with kids, there is an amusement park nearby called Majaland (inside an outlet) which is reachable by a short bus ride from the entrance to the bus.

we asked for connected rooms and were not given them. Also the hotel does not have any rooms for more than 2 people, which isn't that convenient for families with little kids that need to split between rooms

The hotel is right at the airport and you can walk to the ticket counter with a walkway directly connected on the second floor. I had to check in at 4:00 in the morning, and this was a big plus. Also, I was able to return my rental car and walk right to the hotel.

I reserved a room with a "runway" view, but unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the planes taking off or landing cause there were no planes doing that in late afternoon to evening. It might not be worth your extra money to get a "runway view rooms. Also, I thought a pet fee was a bit expensive side.

Great location for those looking to catch an early flight. The hotel displays flight information at the reception. The runway view rooms are great for planespotters. The design of both the hotel & the room is gorgeous despite being minimalistic. Breakfast was amazing, and there was something available for every taste. Staff was fantastic.

Quite overpriced for one night stay. Also, the bathroom did not have amenity kits.

Great location! Nice room, comfortable bed. Quiet surprisingly! Great lobby for meeting with people and self serve snack bar.

The shower fixture in my room was weird - couldn’t turn off dripping. Also the glass side wall is not long enough to avoid major splashing on to the floor. The towel warmer was not working. A bit odd to have a glass door into bathroom, does not provide privacy from sound transfers etc.

Because my flight was canceled and didn't want to venture far from the airport, the location was perfect. It has what you would expect from a chain hotel by the airport. It was clean, comfortable and spacious

It was impersonal. Signs or directions to the sky bridge to get to and from the airport may be lacking. Took the wrong way and couldn't get back in because doors were locked between certain times. (Still wasn't able to find the exit to the sky bridge)

A wonderful gentleman named Karim took us under his wing for the pre-dinner drinks and dinner at the restaurant. He made us feel very good with his incredibly good and friendly service. We returned a rental car late afternoon, booked into the hotel, and left via Terminal 1 the next day. The location of the hotel is unbelievably close and convenient.

We were in 647. There is a staff only door nearby that was used a lot in the morning. Each time the door closed we felt an air pressure shock wave in our room.

The location is really great if you need to get to the airport quickly. Otherwise, it’s obviously quite far from the city of Prague (which is what we needed). There seems to be also good soundproofing from the outside - we did not hear any planes at all. There was also iron and an ironing board right inside the room.

The walls are quite thin, sometimes we could hear the neighbors but thankfully they were not very noisy.

Right across the street from the airport, no car needed. Comfortable bed, plenty of room to put out suitcases. I did not get to try the breakfast or fitness room.

No parking at all if you do have a car (would have to park in airport parking). Shower drain didn’t drain well and they did not fix it in the evening, but maybe there’s only someone available daytime.
