Location of TV is not ahead of beds, but behind. Useless, in my opinion. And there was no air condition 🙁

There is a lovely restaurant adjacent to the hotel, where you can get dinner (the Caesar salad was amazing) and where breakfast is served. As I had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast was served, they offered to make me a bag to take with: two sandwiches, fruit, and a juice. This was fantastic! It is possible to walk to the station Veleslavin, from where you can get a bus to/from the airport.

Well run, pleasant helpful staff throughout, safe lockers available behind 24h reception. Basic but comfortable rooms + chairs & writing table, really good shower - soap & shampoo provided, lots of towels. Breakfast won't be a full English/Irish but it's v/good nevertheless with variety of hot or cold food to choose from in delightful good sized breakfast room. Hotel also has a superb restaurant & bar attached serving great food at very competitive prices all day until 10pm. Crisps, peanuts, water, soft drinks available round the clock at reception. Wonderful location is 3 or 4 minute walk to metro station & just 5 short stops into the heart of Prague. Large chemist plus Starbucks beside metro station. Arrival from airport is super easy. Buy and validate ticket inside cost less than €2, step outside terminal onto bus 119, get off at terminus - everyone else will be getting off, walk in direction bus is facing, keep Metro/Starbucks to your left and railway line to your right, it's one straight road & less than 5 minute walk to hotel.

Noise carries & you're rather at the mercy of your neighbours. On the last night someone moved into the next room and had a wonderful night's sleep gently and contentedly snoring. Not much you can do about that. I suppose it could happen in any hotel. Be prepared. Buy some wax earplugs at the chemist nearby. I know you will be thinking I don't want to sleep with earplugs, but trust me at 3am if you're next door to the snorer you will 😀

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 5 years and it continues to improve on each visit,the rooms we had have recently been refurbished and though on the smaller side were excellent, clean and comfortable, nice bed, table with 2 arm chairs, a small desk and plenty of wardrobe and shelfing space for clothes. Bed linen has been renewed and the pillow are much better quality than on previous visits.The shower room is a bit tight but very good shower though a decent shelf for toiletries would be useful.Towels are much better quality than previous visits. Breakfast were okay, choice was fairly limited but there is enough to fill you up at the start of the day, they now have new coffee machines and an excellent rotating toaster that I really liked. Staff were all great and all my interactions with them a real pleasure.

The room is clean and have good facilities. The place is quiet and I had good night of rest. The breakfast is good.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience in the restaurant. The waiter was rude and unhelpful when I politely asked for recommendations on typical local drinks, he responded curtly that everything was on the menu and that I had to decide for myself. He then brought me a menu written only in Czech. When I asked if there was an English version available, he bluntly said there wasn’t — which I later discovered was not true. I decide not have a lunch there.

The staff is very frendly and helpful! Tasty breakfasts. Everything is ideally clean in the restaurant and in public spaces in the hotel at all. Heating works fine. It was really warm in the room we lived. A tram stop is close to the hotel. It was not a problem to get to the hotel even after 11pm by tram. At the same time we saw 2 hares right near the hotel.

The only thing is that there was not cleaned toilet when we arrived. This seems very strange because the rest of the room was very clean. Even more stange because cleaning came every day and made up the room very carefully.

For this category of hotel it was a very good value for money. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean.

The sound insulation is shocking. On Friday night some men in the hotel were obviously having a good time and the shouting was just too much.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, small and quiet. Close to airport, airport bus stop is in 3 min walk. Metro station is in 3 min walk. There is garage in the hotel and quite many street parking slots available around. It takes only 20-25 min by metro to downtown. There is as airport bus stop within 5 min walk. The pavement is quite adapted to allow walking with wheeled suitcases. There is a transportation information office located in the nearby metro station: ticket to airport bus, other info on city transport. There is a restaurant on site and a couple of fast food options in walking distance. There are a couple of shopping malls with 10 min drive.

Breakfast offers basic choice. In rush time, some food is not refilled quickly enough, which may require spending longer time for breakfast.

Please also include the sweet cake pastry that used to be there for breakfast, so there will be many sweet options. 4. Location close to airport.

1. TV is useless, not connected to the internet. Tourists will always want to have a relaxing time watching youtube, netflix, not local tv programmes. 2. Sockets are not close to bed in some rooms. 3. A close tram next to the hotel will be amazing !
