I liked the helpfulness of the staff regarding directions and recommendations. I liked how quiet it was and the extras like a shoehorn and slippers in the room along with bottled water . I also liked my room because there was no room beside it, which made my stay a more pleasant one.

I didn't really get why there was a kettle in my room but no coffee or teabags. There was a bit of a sewage smell at times, i don't know if the rain had anything to do with that???. The surrounding area was quite hilly and for someone with mobility issues it was a challenge at times.

I love everything about this place! It’s spotless, in an incredible location (a 5 minute walk from Drinopol tram station -a 5 minute ride from the castle &10 minutes from Charles Bridge -comes every 10 minutes), the staff is friendly and helpful (thank you Bruno, Dimitri, Urselv and the ladies who make the generous breakfast!) and the value. I stayed for an extra day and look forward to returning on my next trip. It’s a gem!

Clean, good sized room, breakfast was nice, very tasty, choice of food was ok. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was nice, shower had a good water pressure. Hotel is located in quiet area but tram stop is very close . I stayed only one night but I would recommend this hotel,you can't go wrong with it and good value for money. Just a warning for people with reduced mobility, there is a lot of steps to climb to get to the tram station, no problem for me but some people might,so just be aware

I am very impressed with this place. The persons at the reception were super friendly and nice. I reached earlier than the check in time and he let me have an early check in. One of the lights in my bathroom was not working and as soon as told him, he immediately changed it. Very good service. I also liked the breakfast. Being away from the city center, its free from the crowd and noise which I liked a lot. On the other hand, its right next to the tram stop. So one could easily get to the city center in less than 15 mins or so.

Nothing really to complain about. There are 80 stairs which you have to climb to get to the hotel from the tram station. For me it was fine, but may be for an unfit person it could be challenging.

The price for the room included breakfast,meats/cheese/breads/eggs/sausages/coffee/tea/juices etc all available/self service..room was clean/comfortable and they cleaned it every day if you want that,I slept well on the bed, Rosenberg and others on reception were very helpful and booked taxis for me to and from the airport,it's a 25 minute walk down hill to Charles Bridge..local bars/restaurants nearby were very affordable if you are on a tight budget, located in a quiet street..all pretty good!

Shower cubicle would not be suitable for a larger person than myself,it's all uphill when you are coming back from the attractions of Charles Bridge/Old town etc but you can easily get a tram at a cheap price to get you back to the hotel. if you are a smoker then you go outside the front door no matter what the weather as that is the smoking area..there is a steep set of steps that lead to the street the hotel is in..

Good range of hot and cold items for breakfast. Hotel is in a quiet, pleasant residential area. Close to the tram stop Drinopol. Easy to get to from the airport - catch frequent bus 191 to Vypich, then any tram from the same stop to Drinopol. All public transport in Prague is free for over 65s. The hotel reception staff had a reasonable grasp of English.

Some of the carpets need replacing. There are about 80 steep steps up from the tram stop to the hotel!

Great checking, great service, nice people at the reception. Comfortable bed, although there were two matresses that moved around.

Breakfast is not that much. When a hotel mentions it, it should at least have a proper juice. But you can pick some tasty treats. Quite hot in the summer but that is to be expected without AC. Also, do not expect clean air from the outside, I guess the air proximity of traffic tunnel Blanka exit.

This is a traditional Czech hotel, with a predominance of dark brown everywhere. There is a three-sided lift to upper floors and to the basement for breakfast, which was self-service and very comprehensive, including hot items. Very frequent trams 22 and 25 stop close by at Drinopol, BUT be prepared for a steep climb of 79 steps up to the hotel, which is in a quiet street, with 24-hour reception. Beer lovers are catered for by the Bernard Pub, just past the city-bound tram stop. The hotel was good value, in a pleasant distract, and the room was serviced daily.

The carpets were in a poor state in places. The TV only had Czech programmes available. You need to be fairly fit to get there from the tram!

Breakfast was good for a vegetarian like me, with vegetales and fruit provided

In UK when it says tea making facilities provided there are usually a couple of tea or coffee bags, sachets of sugar and milk, but there was only a kettle. you should say “kettle provided”. Then people will bring supplies. As it was late I just had to drink hot water.

Everything was perfect during my stay, the breakfast was very varied and delicious. Well there is no air conditioning which is much missed although the room is equipped with a small fan does not feel the same so that is a point to consider if you travel in summer. The place is very quiet and like all the corners of the city very safe although of course a little far from the sites of interest but close to bus and tram stations.
