The service throughout my four-day stay was excellent. The staff were efficient and friendly.

There was far, far too much music. Disco, Pop/rock/Rap does not go with the atmosphere. I have to say, that those who choose this music have no taste in music whatsoever or understand (or care?) what people are forced to listen too.

The hotel is located close to the castle and was not too bad of a walk; event with a traveler using a walker. It's close enough to the Tram line to get you to other parts of the city. Caution, buy your tram ticket on the tram since the machines at the stop do not always work. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. Very helpful. Breakfast was a little pricey, but the selections were good. Restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful location near charming Strahov monastery and Petrin park with nice views on the castle and whole Prague. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Airconditioning in standard single room was too noisy. Even after switching it totally off, some additional sound from distance of air tubes could be heard. Bit disturbing for relaxing and sleeping. Parking too expensive (34 Eur/night).

Me and my boyfriend think of this as a really nice Hotel. Staff was really friendly and always willing to help as much as they could. The bedroom was tidy and clean, our train arrived early and thankfully they had our room ready and were so nice to check us in.

Everything was perfect except my boyfriend and I, we think we misunderstood at check in that our reservation had breakfast included and the next morning we were told that if we wanted to have breakfast we would have to pay. Everything else was just great

Nice location next to the monastery and a great starting point to explore the area. Room was nice, quiet and spacious.

Temperature in the room was a bit too warm for our comfort at 23°C. It being centrally controlled there was not much we could do about it (air conditioning only allowed +/- 3) and even with the window open it was still very warm. If one likes their room nice and toasty, that is great but it was a bit too warm for us.

Location, architecture

We did not like the approach of the receptionist.. one of the first question on checking-in was if we had a parking reservation. (We had none, because there was no such request on booking.) Hence parking at the premises was genarally difficult (little room) and as we had no reservation, we were asked to park about a half a mile away (free parking).. we came late evening and were busy off with other plans and obviously not wished to park this far away in public places.. after all we were charged approximately 30€ without previous notice.. as mentioned earlier, not really happy about the approach of the receptionist

The hotel is beautiful, very close to Prasky Hrad (and close to trams 22/23), with a variety of dining options and a little market close by. Breathtaking views of Prague are just 5 minutes away walk. Breakfast is excellent, a lot of options, even some prosecco. :) Super comfy bed, bath with a bathtub. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking close by (~5 minutes walk) is free of charge! Thank you for a great stay, will definitely stay here again.

Nothing not to like!

The hotel offers an exceptional stay. The location, just next to the monastery and 5 minutes by foot from the castle, as well as just across from the 22/23 tram lines, is perfect. We could park the car inside and leave it there. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the decor is tasteful, and the breakfast is simply the best with an unrivalled variety of cold meats, fruits, pastries and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect away from the main centre and so a lot more quiet and reserved.

The hotel could have better managed the dignitaries who stayed, they took the entire lobby up and were very much taken by their own importance. The lack of food on a Sunday evening was not great!

Beautiful location next to Strahov Monastery and a delightful park. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff extremely nice and very helpful. Restaurant with limited but tasty dinner and absolutely fabulous breakfast. Three very nice and different restaurants within short walking distance. Tram 22 into center only short walk away. We loved Praha and hope to return and Lindner will be the place we stay!
