I arrived early and was expecting to just leave my bags, but my room was ready. Bottles of water in the room were very welcome (and unexpected). Comfy room with a lovely vibe and old-ish solid wood furnishings in excellent condition. Quiet. Lovely relaxed breakfast with super coffee. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful caretaker, he had to stay a bit longer, because I arrived late. Breakfast prepared with love and care, including "deviled" eggs and mozzarella/tomatoe/basil, wide selection of cooked meats and sweets. Bean to cup coffeee machine. Beautiful historical building close to the castle. Room tastefully decorated.

No kettle in the room to make hot drinks, but this lack is common on the European continent. No problem for me though, as I was prepared and brought my own small travel kettle (not one of those dangerous immersion heaters)

Peter who was responsible this week was just excellent . I liked the location the fact that it is away from the tourists traps, the breakfast and the atmosphere .

The fact that by 4:00 PM there is no one to talk to .You have a number to call and in my case Peter was very resposive, but basically you are on your own .There is no lobby or a place to be outside your room beside the garden , but if it is called you cant stay there . Also, there iOS no kettle in teh room to make tea or coffee outside breakfast hour. However when I asked for one I got it.

Loreta location was perfect for us. It was a quiet street near the castle and the beauty of Castle Hill. We appreciated our hosts' helpfulness and the lovely breakfasts in the dining room. The room was very charming with the painted ceiling and furnishings. An in room safe and refrigerator was a plus. The heated towel bar in the bathroom was also a nice touch.

A simple side table or shelf in the bathroom would've been handy for keeping personal items, make up etc handy since there is space available. We initially were unsure where the front door of the hotel was. Signage or written directions could be helpful. We did appreciate the security of the hotel after figuring this part out.

Beautiful historic building next to Loreta Church, tastefully restored with lovely artistic frescos on guest room ceilings. Excellent location near the castle in downtown Prague! Easy walk to an assortment of restaurants and the tram stop. Very clean room and bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice towels. Good continental breakfast included. Very helpful, kind, and attentive hotel staff.

No short term parking space specifically for the hotel immediately in front of the entrance for check-in, unloading and loading of luggage from a private or rental car, though longer term parking can be arranged in the neighborhood through the hotel for an extra fee. No problem with drop off/pickup by taxi/car service.

Loved it. It’s a historic property and so is quite special. The location is fabulous, only a 15-min walk to Lesser Town. We stayed on the other side of the river the first few days, so the combination of locations was good. Breakfast is tasty and feels more like a large B&B than a hotel, which we liked. It was -2 degrees when we stayed and I expected an old hotel like this to be cold at night. But in the end we were very warm.

A very small thing. The automatic light sensors don’t always turn on when leaving some of the rooms where there’s a steep step in front of the door. We were fine but I was nervous about missing the step!

I loved my stay at The Loreta. The rooms are wonderful - beautifully decorated, period features and the bed was so comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. It has a lovely inner courtyard garden and the dining area where you have breakfast is light and airy. The breakfast was delicious and with an excellent variety of things to choose from. The staff were absolutely charming and so helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and to ensure I had everything I needed. The hotel sits opposite what was a palace and beside a stunning church. It is very calm and peaceful and there are some lovely little streets to wander in nearby. It is only about five minutes walk to the Castle entrance and easy to walk down Nerudova street and the busier area by the bridge. There are some nice little bars and restaurants a couple of minutes away and a couple of tram lines within easy walking distance. Easy to get to the airport via tram/bus. A lovely place to stay in Prague.

My only regret is that I could not have stayed longer. I would love to come back.

Everything was perfect . There are ten private Rooms within a courtyard which was an old monastery. Staff are always helpful, kind. There is always fresh water and goodies available for clients after the reception closes in the hallway. The hotel is located close to the castle. There are buses and tram stops very near if you don’t like walking up the cobbled streets of Prague. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything. If felt like home and it had everything you needed.

It's a charming place, just a leisurely stroll away from Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and the Astronomical Clock. The spacious and clean room and bathroom, with their old-world charm and painted ceiling, created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We loved the tranquility of this place. The breakfast, with its variety to suit every palate, was a perfect start to the day. They even offered their homemade 'buchty '. We enjoyed our coffee and baked goods in their garden, surrounded by blooming roses and trees. This was the perfect place for us, and it inspired me for my next book. Thank you!

The staff were great, we were seriously delayed getting to the hotel but they provided great instructions for late arrivals. Breakfast was really nice, good amount of choice and the coffee was good. Location was just what we wanted, walking distance into central Prague but in a quiet neighbourhood. The restaurants nearby were great. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was huge and had great pressure. Everything was clean and room had everything we needed in it. Will definitely come back.
