Cleanliness, facilities like coffee machine, situated at the foothill of Prague castle and Embassy area, etc. Double bed was comfortable and had multiple TV channels for entertainment.

The breakfast was very limited and mediocre contrary to the ratings and the other reviews online. You can get a similar breakfast in a hotel with half the room rate hotels at a 2 star property. Highly disappointed.

Beautiful historic property on Nerudova Street in Mala Strana. Clean, comfortable room that I booked on short notice. Was pleasantly surprised by the facilities - this was an excellent value for the money. We missed breakfast due to an early departure so I can't comment on that, but I would stay here again.

This room was air conditioned - huge plus this summer - but the unit really could not deliver. I wish I had opened the windows earlier - only did so upon waking up because I thought it would be unnecessary with the air conditioning. Sadly, woke up sweating even without using the top sheet. I think with the windows open the room would have been cooler - I was just really looking forward to the air conditioned room being cool for sleeping.

Excellent location, couple minute walk from Prague Castle. 10min walk to Charles Bridge, or multiple tram stops & bus stops. Room was clean and comfortable. Great little fridge and coffee machine.

Bed was hard, pillows were crap & only got one each. Asked for additional pillow multiple times- no pillows appeared.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet room in a hotel situated just under the castle walls. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance including 2 veggie/vegan restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good range of breakfast items, coffee machine struggled to cope but lots of fresh produce to choose from.

The hotel is underestimated, but also has the room for improvement. 1) Excellent location in a quiet area close to the Bridge and to to the cathedral. Also a nice park on a hill is nearby to walk up. Our room was very large (two sections) with high level wooden furniture. Clean everywhere. Breakfast is not so various, but of very good quality. Staff speaks multiple languages: most of them if not all, appeared to be Ukrainian. They were very friendly and helpful in advising practical things. Perhaps, one lady was a bit too informal, asking us on personal issues. Things to improve: 1) Put a signboard orthogonal to the building (similar to the nearby restaurants and hotels) to make the hotel visible from the street. The current flag is too high to catch, when move up from the bridge side (we missed the entry door a few times). 2). Air condition is nice and quiet, but (funny!) is placed right in front of the bed, such that it blows directly to you! Think about moving it away from the bed. 3) I would expect more for the bath: shampoo was not available, only all-in-one liquid soap. Not for 4* hotel. Overall, excellent value for money; we will stay again if go.

Breakfast is OK — nothing special though; however, fresh bread, lactose-free, and healthy options are available. The cleaning service is appreciated. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The hotel has its own vibe and atmosphere. 😊

Even though the location is an added value, it gets noisy at late evening. However, this is something one should expect when staying downtown.

Location was amazing, castle and town all easily walkable. Access from the airport was super easy. Room was fantastic and very comfortable.

Lift was out of action so depending on your fitness and room location that could make particularly luggage transfer difficult. Staff offered a discount as compensation but only on future bookings.

The bedding is the only negative I can mention. No top sheet on the bed. The cover is the duvet which is common in Europe and I can live with that. The problem is that the duvet was not soft but very rough. The pillows also left a lot to be desired. If this property improved the bedding I would rate it perfectly.

I stayed here several years ago more than once and it was wonderful - top notch. Rooms were beautifully decorated with painted ceilings or other decor. Now very plain and typical. They seem to have slipped on the little things - breakfast not as fresh and not as much variety, no Kleenex in the room, staff sometimes begrudgngly helpful or not at all.

It has very good location, close to the castle district and Karol Bridge. The room and bathroom were quiet, clean, enough big. It was not warm, although I have not used the air condition. Breakfast is good. Receptionists are kind, give advice to the guests. There is a nice terrace and a small balcony with a wonderful view.There are some small shops, restaurants close ( 10 minutes walk) to the hotel.

A fridge is important for a tourist during summer, unfortunately it is missing.
