The room was fantastic. The location was close to everything you might need. Beautiful walks in parks were just steps away. Close to trams and busess and shopping. Delicious meals from every direction. The staff was attentive and I had fresh coffee pods with cream and sugar for the coffee maker every day. I had no trouble checking in. The room was quiet and there is plenty of storage. Highly recommend

The only thing is that the television did not work. It kept saying "no signal" but that is only a very small thing and since I was in Prague I didn't plan on watching mush television. But that was the only thing.

Great location, 5 mins from Charles Bridge and the old town, 10 mins from the metro A where you can take the bus for the airport. Lots of places nearby to eat and have something to drink. The room and the bathroom are very clean, and both simple/poor but spacious. The check-in needs to be done in another hotel, which is very close, maybe 3/4 mins and the staff was friendly and polite. The room was supposed to be clean and towels changed every day, but we have decided not to do it cause for us it was a little bit unnecessary. Great value for money.

The room was extreamely hot! we had to leave the windows open all day in order to be able to sleep at night. The light of the first stair was not working, so we had to do the steps in the dark.

Excellent location, lots of heritages around, very quiet and safe district, many cafes and bars with local food for adequate prices. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, shared kitchen was very useful.

Check-in!!! it was catastrophe. there was no advance information about check-in on different location. Receptionist need to be trained a lot. Waste approximately 1,5 hour for check-in. But anyway I recommend this property for staying in Prague.

The location was good.The room was clean. The apartment had a lift which was great. Please add to your description that the room has a refrigerator and that there is a kitchen with a sink down the hall. Also that the hotel offers clothes washing. I didn't find that out until my last day!

The check in was at a different hotel which was only a couple blocks walk. That was not specified in the description. The parking garage didn't fit my vehicle and on street parking was a nightmare. The garage space was on a lift with a really low ceiling. If the hotel had given me a description of what the parking was and an example of what kind of car would fit, I would have chosen the lot. I arrived at midnight and spent 1.5 hours looking for a parking space since the garage did not work. That was not specified. Even if I had chosen the other option to park in a lot, they closed at 10 and I would not have been able to get in. Parking anywhere in Prague is a nightmare!

The lady on the check in explained everything and was very nice(forgot her name). Gentleman on Sunday day( again I forgot the name)- friendly and helpful, especially when I spilled the coffee all over the main door🤦🏼‍♀️🤣Marianna (Monday)was absolutely amazing 😍 very chatty and helpful. Definitely coming back! I can only say that the staff exceeded our expectations with wonderful and amazing customer service! We had our room in the apartment, it was approx 200m, very close, reception in the hotel was available 24/7, breakfast room small but cosy, variety of options for breakfast - definitely we made a good decision to add breakfast. Walking distance to the tram stop if anyone needs it, we didn't. We walked everywhere. We found a hidden spot-museum of alchemist - definitely go there!

Great location for citywalks, central location with lots of peace and quiet at the same time. Easy walking distance to any tourist attraction. You don't even need public transport.

In the facility description there is information about available parking, but there's apparently not enough parking places, so even though one books a room, there seems to be no guarantee of being able to use the hotel parking. Eventually I decided to change my travel mode and travel by bus instead of driving, which is fine and turned out to be the better option, but i might've preferred to be aware of the fact before booking,

Good location and price. Friendly staff at check in who was very helpful. You can store your bags whilst you wait for check in. Room was well appointed with beds, chairs and TV. Plenty of room for storage.

My biggest issue was the heat in the room. No air conditioning. Would come back to stay in cooler times but the sun had been very hot all day and was very difficult to get any air in the room at night to cool it down. There is a freestanding fan in the corner which helped a little but didn’t get much sleep at all. Bathroom showerhead didn’t stay up. Keys to room weren’t in the door as expected so had to get staff member to open for me. He was very helpful though

This accommodation is perfect for those who are visiting Prague as tourists. The tram is only a short walk away, Prague castle and Charles bridge are within walking distance. There is a kitchen on every floor. The staff was nice, while waiting for our train, we enjoyed some tea and cookies on the house after check-out. We could also store our luggages while we went for a last walk in the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, and since the street was well-hidden from tourists, it was quiet.

Our apartment room was in a good quiet location, the lift was helpful for luggage, and beds were comfortable. We stayed in the 3 person studio.

The facilities are overall in need of renovations and updating to be more modern and clean. We also realized the room gets very hot and the fan isn't enough to cool down. We would have loved to have air conditioning in the room to cool down as temperatures get quite high.

The city center, all the sights are nearby, the location is really great and the most valuable thing that describing this place. Pretty safe because of the embassy aсross the street. There is a small kitchen with all the utensils, coffee machine and microwave.

The room is pretty noisy if the windows are outside, we checked in at weekend and saw all the picture on Monday morning. No air conditioning, so check the weather accordingly before booking. Especially for drivers, because of the embassy you can't park here even for a minute to pick up your luggage. But you could park in the square and walk a bit.
