This hotel is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from Pražský hrad, a rather quiet and cosy location despite the tourists' crowds on the street, no noise was heard inside. Our room At the White Lily was for four persons on the first floor and was well furnished and guaranteed a comfortable stay. We’d prefer to stay upstairs and I’ve noticed, but during check-in the hotel was fully booked and we had to stay there. Could say that the bathroom was roomy and I loved the extra towel hooks. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, this suite had a living room with sofa bed. Rather clean. The breakfast selections were great. All of the staff was welcoming. That’s a good choice for a family to stay for a couple of days in Prague.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from booking, right through to when we left. There was plenty on offer for breakfast and our rooms were cleaned and made up on a daily basis. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, which we enjoyed, but it does mean it is roughly a 20 minute walk to Charles Bridge and from there you can get to most places.

Being very picky , our tea bags and toilet roll wasn't replenished and we had to ask for more, which they immediately helped us with. Also we didn't find the pillows on the bed comfy, but we do use firm pillows at home and these were very soft.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean and cozy, cleaning every day. The linen is clean and the beds are comfortable. We really liked it here. The breakfasts are interesting and very tasty. I just want to warn tourists about one peculiarity that we encountered for the first time, although we have visited many countries and hotels for more than 12 years. The usual practice in hotels is that if breakfast is before a certain time, it means that you can take food until this time. The peculiarity of this hotel is that breakfasts are until 11 am, and this means that by 11 o'clock you must have time to eat everything and leave the restaurant. We like to have a long breakfast, not to rush on vacation, and it was an unexpected and not very comfortable moment when we were politely but persistently asked to finish in the middle of our breakfast, because it was already 11 o'clock. I think this is not a problem, you just need to know this in advance. Otherwise, we liked everything.

An excellent place for a family vacation in the heart of the old city! The hotel is ideally located—main attractions and interesting spots are just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are spacious and cozy, which is especially convenient for families, providing enough space for everyone and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help and offer great ideas for leisure activities. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. A perfect choice for a family getaway where everyone can find something enjoyable and immerse themselves in the charm of the old town!

The staff at breakfast told us quite impolite to leave now (11:15) we get it that breakfast buffet closes at 11. So if I get my last coffee and bread at 10:50 I would like to enjoy it. I would propose that staff reminds guests around 10:50 that they are closing. But please just let us sit and enjoy the beautiful breakfast room, we aren’t disturbing anyone if we sit a little longer and finish eating :)

The facilities of the hotel are beautiful, they are cozy. And the attention of the 10/10 staff supported us with everything we asked of them. Also the breakfasts were very tasty. The truth is that the hotel is magnificent and I highly recommend it ✨🥰

The location of the hotel is a 25 minute walk from the center, but we like to walk so there was no problem, but it is a little far from the center. But it is super easy to get there on foot and I recommend it because that way you get to know the city.

All the staff were amazing. The housekeepers did an excellent job, and our room was in perfect condition every day. The breakfast staff were really nice and friendly. The location for us was perfect. Close to the centre, but quiet at night. The room was great, and the patio area is lovely, just a shame i went on winter time, as I can imagine how it looks in spring with all the flowers. When I go back to Prague, I will look first At the White Lily, for availability.

I'm sorry, but the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. It was quite hard and did a number in my back. I even slept in the sofa bed, but this wasn't much better. For people who like a hot breakfast, the selection is very limited. The food is not bad, but a couple more hot items would be great.

Fantastic location to both the Castle and Charles Bridge. Also in the heart of the main embassy's, US etc, so security is very good and you felt very safe. Breakfast was nice and relaxed, set up well every morning and all in all we had a most enjoyable stay.

One minor argument broke out between the reception staff and what appeared to be a delivery driver or supplier. This would have been better handled away from the reception area and out of ear shot of the guests. Minor issue, but something I feel they should keep in mind.

We got more than expected. The location is excellent. The apartment is huge, clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is varied and different every day. We enjoyed the beautiful atrium where there are breakfast tables with the chirping of spring birds. Daily maids clean the room and hygiene is at a high level. The reception staff is very friendly, they are always smiling, they always greet you and immediately respond to your every request. In case we come to Prague again, we will go to the same accommodation without hesitation.

We upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Breakfast was really lovely. There was lots of cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, breads fruits yogurts a real lovely selection . Lovely breakfast area with classy Christmas music in the background. The room was lovely. We had a mini fridge seating area settee n table chairs, then a bedroom through the sliding door. Lovely under floor heating in the bathroom lovely big shower. 2 TV but not in English .A great location near charles Bridge just tucked out of the way. They also made us take away breakfast lunch pack as our flight was early..

Only thing we didn't like especially with it being Christmas and staying for 5 days, was the TV . We walked a lot in the day . We wanted to come back and keep warm and relax to watch a good Christmas move ☺️. Every channel was in CZCH . A real shame . Even if you had a dvd player in the rooms and a selection of English speaking DVD in reception would have been something so we could relax and stay in after a busy day . It would be so much better
