The hotel was situated in a central location in walking distance to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Around 5 min walk to St. Nicholas Square to take the Red Bus for sightseeing and 8 min walk to tram station for commuting around Prague. Take bus 59 from Prague Airport get off in Divorka Sarka and get tram 20 to Malonstranske namesti walk for around 8 min and you'll be at the White Lily. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and quiet rooms. Both ladies at reception were very helpful and always greeting us with a smile! The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our best part was the very rich and catering for both our needs breakfast. Meaning my wife is a vegetarian and in this hotel she was given an option. In most hotels she doesn't have breakfast. Ladies in breakfast room very polite. Definitely will be visiting again. Best hotel I've stayed in awhile. Lucas the hotel manager reached out to us to see if we needed anything. So thanks to all the White Lily team for making our stay memorable! Forgot to mention the area of the hotel is a extremely safe area!

The Hotel at the White Lily is a lovely place from which to explore Prague. We stayed in a suite, which we felt was really huge, and the beds, including the pull-out couch, were comfortable. While very affordably-priced, this hotel is spacious and impeccably clean. The location was really wonderful for our family of four to visit great sights and restaurants. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, with lots of homemade, special offerings. One unexpected joy of our room was that it was located across the street from a restaurant that had absolutely amazing live music in the evenings (piano and fiddle). When we opened the windows, it was as if we were being treated to a concert. However, the moment we closed the double-windows, our room was quiet once again. I will not soon forget that experience.

This hotel is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from Pražský hrad, a rather quiet and cosy location despite the tourists' crowds on the street, no noise was heard inside. Our room At the White Lily was for four persons on the first floor and was well furnished and guaranteed a comfortable stay. We’d prefer to stay upstairs and I’ve noticed, but during check-in the hotel was fully booked and we had to stay there. Could say that the bathroom was roomy and I loved the extra towel hooks. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, this suite had a living room with sofa bed. Rather clean. The breakfast selections were great. All of the staff was welcoming. That’s a good choice for a family to stay for a couple of days in Prague.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from booking, right through to when we left. There was plenty on offer for breakfast and our rooms were cleaned and made up on a daily basis. The location of the hotel is in a quieter area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, which we enjoyed, but it does mean it is roughly a 20 minute walk to Charles Bridge and from there you can get to most places.

Being very picky , our tea bags and toilet roll wasn't replenished and we had to ask for more, which they immediately helped us with. Also we didn't find the pillows on the bed comfy, but we do use firm pillows at home and these were very soft.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean and cozy, cleaning every day. The linen is clean and the beds are comfortable. We really liked it here. The breakfasts are interesting and very tasty. I just want to warn tourists about one peculiarity that we encountered for the first time, although we have visited many countries and hotels for more than 12 years. The usual practice in hotels is that if breakfast is before a certain time, it means that you can take food until this time. The peculiarity of this hotel is that breakfasts are until 11 am, and this means that by 11 o'clock you must have time to eat everything and leave the restaurant. We like to have a long breakfast, not to rush on vacation, and it was an unexpected and not very comfortable moment when we were politely but persistently asked to finish in the middle of our breakfast, because it was already 11 o'clock. I think this is not a problem, you just need to know this in advance. Otherwise, we liked everything.

An excellent place for a family vacation in the heart of the old city! The hotel is ideally located—main attractions and interesting spots are just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are spacious and cozy, which is especially convenient for families, providing enough space for everyone and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help and offer great ideas for leisure activities. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. A perfect choice for a family getaway where everyone can find something enjoyable and immerse themselves in the charm of the old town!

I really enjoyed most of my stay: very clean and comfortable room, quiet street very close to anything worth seeing in Prague (you would still need to walk across the bridges to get to the Astronomical clock square and that part of Prague but not too tiring). Quite some variety of restaurants and pubs around.

While breakfast during the weekend had quite a variety and met my expectations, the variety of Monday morning was clearly less. Nothing to fuss too much about but it was kind of obvious from one day to the next

The staff at breakfast told us quite impolite to leave now (11:15) we get it that breakfast buffet closes at 11. So if I get my last coffee and bread at 10:50 I would like to enjoy it. I would propose that staff reminds guests around 10:50 that they are closing. But please just let us sit and enjoy the beautiful breakfast room, we aren’t disturbing anyone if we sit a little longer and finish eating :)

The facilities of the hotel are beautiful, they are cozy. And the attention of the 10/10 staff supported us with everything we asked of them. Also the breakfasts were very tasty. The truth is that the hotel is magnificent and I highly recommend it ✨🥰

The location of the hotel is a 25 minute walk from the center, but we like to walk so there was no problem, but it is a little far from the center. But it is super easy to get there on foot and I recommend it because that way you get to know the city.

Fantastic location to both the Castle and Charles Bridge. Also in the heart of the main embassy's, US etc, so security is very good and you felt very safe. Breakfast was nice and relaxed, set up well every morning and all in all we had a most enjoyable stay.

One minor argument broke out between the reception staff and what appeared to be a delivery driver or supplier. This would have been better handled away from the reception area and out of ear shot of the guests. Minor issue, but something I feel they should keep in mind.
